Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Profitability, Firm Size, and Profit Persistence affect theEarnings Response Coefficient. In this research, the sample is made up of companies in the consumergoods sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The sample is madeup of 16 companies that meet the sample criteria, which were set using a method called "purposivesampling." Profitability, as measured by the Return on Assets ratio, company size, as measured by theNatural Logarithm, and profit persistence, as measured by the regression coefficient between earningsin the current period and earnings in the past period, are the independent variables of this study. TheEarnings Response Coefficient, which is measured by Abnormal Return and a few other stages, is thething that this study is based on. The study's results show that: (1) Profitability has a small positiveeffect on the earnings response coefficient; (2) Firm size has a negative and significant effect on theearnings response coefficient; and (3) Profit persistence has a negative and significant effect on theearnings response coefficient

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create infographics based on YouTube videos and evaluate the effectiveness of basic Physics 1 lectures using the multiple representation (MR) approach as a deeper learning process for Uhamka physics education students. A multi-representation (MR) approach that uses representations such as verbal, images, graphics, mathematics and videos can help students gain mastery of Basic Physics 1 concepts, enhancing deeper learning by providing diverse and interactive teaching materials.  Infographics and YouTube videos as learning media for Basic Physics 1 provide a clear and interesting visual picture, making it easier for students to master theoretical physics concepts and relate them to applications in the real world. The results of this research are in the form of infographics which show that students are able to convey the results of basic physics 1 learning via YouTube as an in-depth learning medium using a multi-representation (MR).

Abstract

Education is the place where the seeds of culture are sown within society. Through the educational process, good character traits develop within individuals, equipping them to face life with physical and spiritual happiness. Education is a place for character formation. A positive culture involves good habits encompassing activities fostering students' character. The Government of Purwakarta Regency issued Regent Regulation Number 69 of 2015 on Education, laden with Sundanese philosophy through the "7 Poe Atikan Istimewa" (Seven Days of Special Education). This program features themed education with a different character-based theme daily and is implemented in schools across Purwakarta Regency. This study aims to describe and recognize the implementation of the positive culture of Seven Days of Special Education at SDN 1 Pasanggrahan. This research uses a qualitative method, with subjects being all students of SDN 1 Pasanggrahan from grades I to VI. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the interactions between students and teachers and interviews with students, teachers, and the principal, the researchers describe ways to address student issues by implementing the positive culture of Seven Days of Special Education. This program, implemented by all primary and secondary education units in Purwakarta since 2015, effectively fosters a positive culture in schools, including at SDN 1 Pasanggrahan.
