Laurentia Ima Monica, SpA., M.Biomed (2) Ratna Diana Fransiska, SST., MPH Latar Belakang : Imunisasi adalah pencegahan penyakit yang berbahaya dan sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mencapai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yaitu mencegah terjadinya kematian pada anak. Memasuki tahun 2020 pada awal bulan Maret, pandemi covid-19 telah mewabah memasuki Indonesia. Pembatasan aktivitas membuat beberapa ibu memiliki persepsi yang kurang tepat dan berdampak pada penurunan kunjungan imunisasi yang seharusnya dilakukan sesuai jadwal.Tujuan : Mengetahui adakah hubungan antara persepsi ibu mengenai pentingnya imunisasi dengan kepatuhan jadwal imunisasi di tingkat Puskesmas. Metode : Studi .ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel berjumlah 110 ibu yang memiliki anak dibawah usia 2 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui google form dan analisis memakai chi square test. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil uji chi square didapatkan hasil yang signifikan (p=0,000) dimana nilai p < , p <0,05 yang berati H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan : Adanya hubungan persepsi ibu tentang pentingnya imunisasi anak dibawah usia 2 tahun terhadap tingkat kepatuhan terhadap jadwal imunisasi di Puskesmas Singosari Kabupaten Malang. In 2020 at the beginning of March, the COVID-19 pandemic has spread into Indonesia. Activity restrictions make some mothers have an incorrect perception and have an impact on reducing immunization visits that should be carried out as schedule. Aims : Knowing whether there is a relationship between the mother's perception of the importance of immunization and compliance with the immunization schedule at the Public Health Center. Methods : This research uses an analytical method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample was 110 mothers who had children under the age of 2 years. The data was collected through google form and analysis using chi square test. Result and Discussion : The results of the chi square test obtained significant results (p = 0.000) with p <0.05 weighing H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Conclusion : There is a relationship mothers perceptions of the importance of immunization of children under the age of 2 years to the level of compliance with the immunization schedule at the Singosari PHC, Malang Regency.
