Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Erigo stores in the Tiktok shop application. The effect of content marketing and E-wom partially on purchasing decisions at Erigo stores in the Tiktok shop application. The method used in this research is descriptive causal with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents to students from the Universitas Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya student class of 2019, based on 989 known population data, the analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously content marketing and E-wom have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The test results show that partially the content marketing variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, but for the E-wom variable it has a partial positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of project scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method in the Tasikmalaya Swasana Village Restaurant project. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. By taking data on all activities and costs needed for the construction of a self-financing village restaurant. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used POM for Windows QM Version 5. The results of the research from project scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method can be completed for 29 weeks with a total cost needed of Rp. 1,606,633,852. while using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method which analyzes using three estimated times can find out the possibility that the project can be completed within 38 weeks with a success rate of 99% and the total cost that it takes Rp. 1,606,633,852.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of lifestyle and consumer motivation simultaneously and partially on survey purchase decisions on smartphone users in Eureunpalay Village, Cibalong Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causality survey approach. The sample in the study was 100 respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed simultaneously the lifestyle and motivation of consumers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, consumer motivation has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PThis study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the work productivity of employess CV. Zharry Home Creative. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 73 respondents from employees of CV. Zharry Home Creative. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that simultaneously workload and work environment had a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, workload has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Partially employee work environment on employee work productivity.
