Abstract

Communication plays a very important role in carrying out administrative processes and interactions between elements in a group or organization. Communication is a form of conveying messages between two or more people which are processed from the communicator or message giver to the communicant or message recipient with a specific service goal. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of The Influence of Nurses' Therapeutic Communication in the Dimensions of Positive Attitudes and Supportive Attitudes on Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Installation of Massenrempulu General Hospital, Enrekang Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of nurse therapy communication dimensions of positive attitudes and supportive attitudes on patient satisfaction in the inpatient installation of Massenrempulu Hospital, Enrekang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study was 75 patients. The data analysis method uses univariate and bivariate tests with the chi-square correlation test. This research shows There is an influence of positive attitude dimensions and nurses' supportive attitude dimensions on patient satisfaction in the Massenrempulu General Hospital Inpatient Installation, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh informasi kesehatan digital dan health lifestyle terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS yang dimediasi self-care pada generasi z.penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei cross-sectional dengan menerapkan model path analysis dalam teknik analisisnya. Populasinya ialah seluruh generasi Z yang bersatus peserta didik pada jenjang SMA yang berjumlah 25.178 siswa dengan sampel 394 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus pengambilan sampel slovin melalui Cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji Validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik parametrik yakni analisis jalur dengan  uji t dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung informasi kesehatan digital dan health lifetyle terhadap self-care generasi Z (P < 0,05), terdapat pengaruh langsung informasi kesehatan digital, health lifestyle dan self-care terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS generasi Z (P < 0,05),dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung informasi kesehatan digital dan health lifestyle terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS melalui self care generasi Z (P sobel < 0,05). Pencegahan HIV-AIDS pada generasi Z tidak dapat hanya mengandalkan penyediaan informasi digital atau promosi gaya hidup sehat, tetapi harus dibarengi dengan peningkatan kemampuan self-care. Dengan pendekatan ini, generasi Z tidak hanya menjadi konsumen informasi, melainkan juga aktor yang aktif dalam menjaga kesehatan dirinya sendiri.
