Abstract

This research aims to compare the effectiveness of using Static QR Codes and Dynamic QR Codes in the employee attendance system within the University of Bung Hatta environment. Static QR Codes, which store fixed information, are contrasted with Dynamic QR Codes that generate new codes each time they are scanned. The research methodology involves implementing both types of QR Codes at strategic locations within the university, with data collection encompassing response times, accuracy, and user satisfaction. The results indicate that Dynamic QR Codes excel in terms of security and accuracy, albeit requiring additional effort in implementation. The conclusion drawn from this research is that Dynamic QR Codes are recommended for employee attendance capture in a university setting, providing positive implications for human resource management in educational institutions. This study offers practical guidance for other educational institutions considering the adoption of similar technology.

Abstract

The Jorong Padang Bintungan youth has always been known as a creative, cooperative, unified and energetic youth. Until now, there are still many activities that are carried out together to achieve the goals that have been mutually agreed upon. In order to continue to transmit this spirit to the next generation, a thought is needed to be able to document heroic stories or complete stories about characters, places, and events so that they can be told later by their children and grandchildren. This research was developed using mobile programming to be running on Android and iOS devices. From this study, it was found that there was an increase in the interest of young people to know the history around Jorong Padang Bintungan.

Abstract

The Specific Program (PK) is the major for students of the Law Study Program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Bung Hatta. Selection of the Specific Program is carried out after students have completed semester IV with several prerequisites that must be met. The application of the decision to select the Specific Program using the Naive Bayes method can simplify the administrative process of submitting PK from students and the resulting recommendation accuracy is above 82.1%. Training data is taken from the academic history of previous students who graduated on time.
