Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the needs of digital promotion at My Bali Family travel agency and design digital media-based solutions to increase competitiveness in the modern tourism era. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it was found that My Bali Family does not yet have an official website and has not managed social media optimally, especially in terms of promotional video content. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. As a result of the research, a concrete solution was developed in the form of an official website, new logo design, promotional flyers, and Instagram video content. In making the website, training and mentoring were also provided to partners to strengthen their capabilities in managing digital marketing independently. The implementation of digital media not only answers the company's internal needs, but is also in line with promotional trends in the technology-based tourism industry. This study concludes that promotional digitalization is indispensable for shaping a professional image and expanding market reach. Future research is recommended to evaluate the long-term impact of digital media usage on business growth and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Digital Promotion, Website, Social Media, Tourism, My Bali Family   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan promosi digital pada biro perjalanan wisata My Bali Family dan merancang solusi berbasis media digital guna meningkatkan daya saing di era pariwisata modern. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa mitra belum memiliki website resmi dan belum mengelola media sosial secara optimal, khususnya dalam produksi konten video promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sebagai solusi, dikembangkan media promosi digital berupa website resmi, desain logo baru, flyer, serta konten video Instagram. Kegiatan ini disertai pelatihan dan pendampingan agar mitra mampu mengelola pemasaran digital secara mandiri. Implementasi solusi digital ini tidak hanya menjawab kebutuhan internal perusahaan, tetapi juga sejalan dengan tren promosi di industri pariwisata berbasis teknologi. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi promosi berperan penting dalam membentuk citra profesional dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengevaluasi dampak jangka panjang pemanfaatan media digital terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis dan kepuasan pelanggan.
