Abstract

Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder characterized by disturbances in thinking processes, perceptions, emotional responses, and social interactions. The therapy commonly used in the treatment of schizophrenia is antipsychotic or psychotropic drugs. The use of psychotropic drugs is the first step in overcoming and following up on mental disorders. The object of this research is several hospitals that treat patients with psychiatric disorders, namely schizophrenia. Where the subjects used in this study were men/women with schizophrenia aged 18 to 60 years in the city of Indramayu who are undergoing treatment at the hospital for the 2020-2022 period. This study aims to describe the use of antipsychotic classes that are used as one of the pharmacological therapies in patients. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative method, while the sample fee used in this study is the slovin calculation formula, with a total population of 875 and a sample of 274 is obtained. The results obtained are based on the proportion of sex, mostly male patients (62.4%), the highest proportion of the age range was found in early adulthood (70.8%), the highest diagnosis was YTT schizophrenia (46%). Then patients with a history of not going to school (63.5%) and a history of not working (88.3%). Most of the data obtained were patients who experienced mild recurrence of 62%. As for the large number of patient histories with mild or insignificant recurrence, this can influence the factors supporting the success of treatment, namely the use of insurance. This opinion was obtained from patient payment status data, in which the most widely used payment status was the use of insurance by 82.1%. In data on the use of the single antipsychotic that is most widely used in each type of schizophrenia is the antipsychotic haloperidol and the combination that is most widely used is haloperidol-chlorpromazine

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keseimbangan pasar ubi ungu dengan fokus pada interaksi antara harga, permintaan, dan penawaran. Matematika, sebagai mata pelajaran yang esensial di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, memainkan peran penting dalam memahami fenomena ekonomi yang kompleks, termasuk keseimbangan pasar. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan matematis untuk menggambarkan model matematika yang mendasari konsep harga permintaan dan penawaran serta mengidentifikasi titik keseimbangan pasar melalui alat analisis matematis dan grafis. Dalam konteks ekonomi, perusahaan distributor ubi ungu, Palawija, menghadapi kesulitan dalam menyeimbangkan jumlah ubi ungu yang ditawarkan dengan jumlah yang diminta oleh pasar. Kesalahan analisis sebelumnya mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan yang berujung pada kerugian finansial. Melalui studi literatur dari beberapa buku, artikel, dan jurnal ilmiah, penelitian ini mengilustrasikan fungsi permintaan dan penawaran menggunakan persamaan matematika. Untuk kasus Palawija, persamaan permintaan yang digunakan adalah (Qd = 100 – 2Px) dan persamaan penawaran adalah (Qs = -50 + 3Px). Dengan menyamakan kedua persamaan tersebut, ditemukan harga keseimbangan pasar sebesar Rp 30.000 dengan jumlah keseimbangan 40 unit. Pemahaman tentang keseimbangan pasar ubi ungu melalui pendekatan matematis memberikan wawasan berharga tentang dinamika pasar dan relevansinya dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi modern. Abstract This research aims to analyze the balance of the purple yam market with a focus on the interaction between price, demand, and supply. Mathematics, as an essential subject in various levels of education, plays a crucial role in understanding complex economic phenomena, including market equilibrium. This study uses a mathematical approach to describe the underlying mathematical model of price-demand and supply concepts, as well as identify the market equilibrium point through mathematical and graphical analysis tools. In an economic context, Palawija, a distributor of purple yam, faces difficulties in balancing the quantity of purple yam offered with the quantity demanded by the market. Previous analysis errors have resulted in imbalances that lead to financial losses. Through literature studies from various books, articles, and scientific journals, this research illustrates the demand and supply functions using mathematical equations. For the case of Palawija, the demand equation used is (Qd = 100 - 2Px) and the supply equation is (Qs = -50 + 3Px). By equating these two equations, the equilibrium market price is found to be Rp 30,000 with a balanced quantity of 40 units. Understanding the market equilibrium of purple yam through a mathematical approach provides valuable insights into market dynamics and its relevance in modern economic decision-making.
