Abstract

Fraud in procurement of goods and services is not something new. There are many cases of fraud in procurement of goods and services, demanding us to review what factors can prevent fraud in procurement of goods and services. This research aimed to test whether organizational commitment, internal control, and integrity can prevent fraud in procurement of goods and services. This quantitative research used multiple regression analysis. The research samples, obtained using convenience sampling method, were 54 employees and village officials who had participated in procurement of goods and services. The research results show that organizational commitment and internal control do not influence prevention of fraud in procurement of goods and services, while integrity positively influences prevention of fraud in procurement of goods and services. The results of this research can be used to optimize the application of goods and services procurement system (e-procurement) by minimizing possible/potential constraints which may arise. Village government needs to optimize monitoring and evaluation routinely and continuously and assess any risks before decision making. It is also necessary to build the commitment of each of village officials as organizations responsible for village government’s better accountability capable of suppressing potential fraud.

Abstract

Di tengah perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia yang semakin kompetitif, Uchia Sport menyadari pentingnya inovasi dan kreatif dalam menghadapi pesaingan yang ketat. Terutama dengan perubahan trend konsumen dan maraknya platform digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan Uchia Sport dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan daya saing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori marketing mix dan analisis SWOT untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Uchia Sport. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Uchia Sport telah berhasil meningkatkan brand awareness dan penjualan produk mereka. Uchia Sport memanfaatkan media sosial, khususnya Instagram, sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif, serta mengadopsi pendekatan pemasaran yang komprehensif melalui segmentasi pasar, targeting, dan positioning yang tepat. Analisis SWOT juga mengungkap kekuatan Uchia Sport, seperti koneksi langsung dengan produsen dan strategi pemasaran yang konsisten, namun juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan persaingan dari e-commerce. Dengan strategi yang terus berkembang, Uchia Sport diharapkan dapat mempertahankan keberhasilan dan terus bersaing di pasar yang dinamis.Kata Kunci : Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran, Uchia Sport, Analisis SWOT, Media Sosial.
