Abstract

Looking at the nature of the Image Streaming strategy, it is hoped that the Image Streaming strategy can be used as an effective and appropriate strategy when used in learning to write narratives in the form of short story texts. This service aims to provide continuous and continuous learning so that it is not just a matter of putting together a complete word but can be put into writing using the right strategy; improving students' skills by implementing appropriate learning strategies, namely the image streaming strategy in the learning process so that students can practice expressing their ideas in written form; find out the extent to which students' abilities have increased in writing skills to compose a complete sentence through the Image streaming strategy. In order to achieve this goal, the service team carried out planning by chronologically chronologically lining up its implementation starting from discussions, providing materials, providing assistance and implementing the Image Streaming strategy, as well as evaluating the results of student activities. Therefore, the final result of this community service is that it can provide motivation and useful information for students to be more active in the teaching and learning process in class.

Abstract

This research is to improve students' news listening learning, the use of audio visual media in learning can improve the expected thinking abilities of class XI students at SMA Negeri 7 Wajo. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Classroom action research seeks to improve the quality of research objects and problem solving by observing the success and results of actions and adding additional information that can encourage better behavior or change conditions and situations with more desirable results. In the pre-cycle the average student score was 61 and 4 people reached the KKTP or 14%. In cycle 1 the average student score was 71 and 15 people achieved the KKTP or 52%. The average score of students in cycle 2 increased by 82 and 27 students reaching the KKTP or 93%. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the use of audio visual media can improve learning to listen to the news in class XI IPS 2 students at SMA Negeri 7 Wajo. Research conducted during the pre-cycle stage to cycle 2 showed different results. Where every cycle there is an increase in students' learning to listen to the news.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian leksikal yang mengkhususkan pada kajian makna kiasan yang terdapat pada teks terjemahan Al-Qur’an (Surah Makkiyah).  Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Objek yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian leksikal yang terdapat pada teks terjemahan Al-Qur’an (Surah Makkiyah). Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian leksikal pada teks terjemahan Al-Qur’an (Surah Makkiyah). Sumber data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui sumber data primer yang didapat langsung dari Al-Qur’an dan terjemahannya. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dan catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode padan intralingual dengan teknik dasar berupa teknik pilah unsur penentu. Penelitian ini memaparkan gambaran mengenai hasil kajian leksikal dalam bentuk naratif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada 37 data makna kiasan yang terdapat dalam teks terjemahan Al-Qur’an (Surah Makkiyah). Kesimpulan terdapat kajian leksikal khusus makna kiasan yang terdapat pada teks terjemahan Al-Qur’an (Surah Makkiyah). Ada 20 surah dari 46 surah yang menjadi sumber penelitian yang memiliki makna kiasan dalam ayat-ayat surah tersebut.
