Abstract

The economic crisis has made this nation aware of the importance of the role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy. The MSME economy is a mainstay and a choice for many people, especially graduates, to live more prosperously and independently. It also helps many people overcome unemployment. Seeing the added value of MSMEs above, the entrepreneurial spirit should be introduced and fostered among housewives. If they have insight into entrepreneurship, it is likely that these mothers will pioneer into becoming entrepreneurs by seeing the opportunities around them. That way, they can use their time more positively and explore their potential optimally. So that they will have more productive activities in their spare time after taking care of the household. Mothers who have a side business that can be done at home are expected to be more prosperous because there is additional income. This means that family welfare also increases. Implementation, the activity was carried out in the Lembah Alas Kutacane Village on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Furthermore, socialization was given by the community service team of the Lembah Alas Kutacane Village regarding. This counseling activity was attended by approximately 45 participants from the community of Lembah Alas Kutacane Village. The counseling participants looked enthusiastic about the materials presented by the speakers and were able to actively participate, so that this counseling activity took place with a two-way system and many participants asked questions. The presentation of the counseling material was followed by a discussion, ice breaking, and the distribution of door prizes to participants who were active during the discussion activity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the stages of implementation stream training informal sector workers in labor offices transmigration province of East Java in the expansion work, analyze the obstacles encountered in the planning of the training program, as well as modeling appropriate training in accordance with conditions on the ground and input from various parties, this research use descriptive qualitative research methods, techniques determination of informants using purposive sampling, these techniques have been because the researcher wants to focus on parties who know the conditions on the ground. Results from this study is the first training conducted regularly and the classical, the purpose of training has reached short-term goals in training but in the long term they need more motivation for the trainees, second, obstacle training during implementation consists of matter and the overcrowded curriculum tend to be the same as the previous training, time constraints, participation is not optimal, overall, limited time, resources and costs in the post-training evaluation and monitoring, the third development training model has not been implemented in this training.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh investasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat pengangguran Provinsi Aceh, menguji pengaruh investasi terhadap tingkat pengangguran Provinsi Aceh, menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat pengangguran Provinsi Aceh. mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang menjadi faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung bagi investasi di Provinsi Aceh dan sejauh mana faktor-faktor penghambat tersebut dapat diantisipasi untuk mendapatkan solusi terbaik. Populasi Penelitian ini yaitu investasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat pengangguran Provinsi Aceh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data mengenai investasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat pengangguran Provinsi Aceh dari Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu suatu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu atau seleksi khusus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa field research, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari data skunder yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi linear sederhana, dengan menggunakan data time series dari tahun 2020-2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linear sederhana setelah diuji dengan Model Asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program Statistik Package For social Science (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh pada periode 2020-2022. Dengan kata lain, jika inflasi naik nilainya maka akan meningkatkan jumlah tingkat pengangguran. Sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh pada periode 2020-2022. Dengan kata lain, jika pertumbuhan ekonomi naik nilainya, maka akan menurunkan jumlah tingkat pengangguran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu tentang Investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dipengaruhi oleh Tingkat Pengangguran, sehingga dapat menjadi konsep pengembangan peningkatan investasi dengan melakukan strategi investasi. Sehingga permasalahan pengangguran dapat berdampak positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan berkontribusi langsung bagi perekonomian masyarakat.
