Abstract

Development of Learner Learning Outcomes in Islamic Education Learning by Implementing Diagnostic Evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning with diagnostic evaluation at Walisongo Vocational High School Rembang.The lack of motivation for students' learning enthusiasm is a problem that deserves to be found a solution so that in learning students obtain learning outcomes as expected and can apply the knowledge gained to be applied in everyday life as it should.This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview data collection techniques, participant observation, and documentation.The results showed that the development of the application of diagnostic evaluation was carried out by going through the first process of identifying students with learning difficulties, secondly localizing their learning difficulties, thirdly determining the factors causing their learning difficulties, fourthly estimating alternative assistance, fifthly determining possible ways to overcome them, and sixthly carrying out follow-up.Student learning outcomes have increased, seen from daily scores, midterm assessments, and final semester exams.Some of the obstacles encountered in PAI learning with the implementation of diagnostic evaluation include: facilities and infrastructure that are still not optimally adequate, the lack of interest, motivation, and learning readiness of students, awareness and attention of parents in supervising learning, innovative educators in delivering lessons and stillminimally interactive.The solution is to complete facilities and infrastructure, provide training to educators, complete literacy facilities, manage activities and time, and implement learning management.Implementation of diagnostic evaluation can provide changes to student learning outcomes. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengembangan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam dengan evaluasi diagnostik di SMK Walisongo Rembang. Minimnya motivasi semangat belajar peserta didik menjadi persoalan yang patut untuk ditemukan solusinya supaya dalam belajar peserta didik memperoleh hasil belajar sesuai harapan dan bisa menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan yang didapat untuk diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagaimana mestinya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan penerapan evaluasi diagnostik dilakukan dengan melalui proses pertama melaksankan pengidentifikasian kepada peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajranya, kedua melokalisasikan kesulitan belajarnya, ketiga menentukan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajarnya, keempat memperkirakan alternatif bantuan, kelima menetapkan kemungkinan cara mengatasinya, dan keenam melakukan tindak lanjut. Hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan, dilihat dari nilai harian, penilaian tengah semester, dan ujian akhir semester. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran PAI dengan penerapan evaluasi diagnostic di antaranya: sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum memadai secara maksimal, minimnya minat, motivasi, dan kesiapan belajar peserta didik, kesadaran dan perhatian orang tua dalam mengawasi belajar, inovatif pendidik dalam menyampaikan pelajaran dan masih minim interaktif. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, memberikan pelatihan kepada pendidik, melengkapi fasilitas literasi, pengelolaan kegiatan dan waktu, serta melaksanakan manajemen pembelajaran. Implementasi evaluasi diagnostik dapat memberikan perubahan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
