Abstract

Digital marketing has many advantages when compared to conventional marketing strategies, including in terms of measuring the success of a strategy. Digital marketing also makes it easier for business people to monitor and provide all the needs and desires of prospective consumers, and on the other hand, potential consumers can search for and obtain product information only by browsing the virtual world so as to facilitate the search process. Members of the Community of Kubependa Rawalumbu Bekasi, are very interested in the introduction and use of digital marketing for products and in other forms. Mastery of the use of computers and mastery of technology are still lacking and have never received training, especially about digital marketing. The purpose of this service activity is to provide adequate introduction and knowledge of digital marketing. With this training, it is hoped that the trainees will be able to implement and manage the resulting products in business on digital marketing

Abstract

Teacher performance reporting is a crucial process in evaluating and improving the quality of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ulujami Pemalang. However, the current teacher performance reporting system is not well structured, making it difficult for the school to monitor teacher performance objectively and transparently. Teacher data, learning activities, attendance, and teacher performance reporting are still managed manually, causing difficulties in data processing and analysis. In addition, the manual reporting process is also less efficient and has the potential to cause subjective assessments. To overcome this problem, a web-based teacher performance reporting information system was designed and built. This system is expected to increase efficiency, objectivity, and transparency in reporting teacher performance, so that it can support better decision making in efforts to improve teacher quality. The waterfall method was used in the development of this system, with UML as the design tool. This information system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and tested using blackbox testing. Abstrak Pelaporan kinerja guru merupakan proses krusial dalam mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan mutu guru di SMA Negeri 1 Ulujami Pemalang. Namun, sistem pelaporan kinerja guru yang ada saat ini belum terstruktur dengan baik, sehingga menyulitkan pihak sekolah dalam memantau kinerja guru secara objektif dan transparan. Data guru, kegiatan pembelajaran, kehadiran, dan pelaporan kinerja guru masih dikelola secara manual, menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengolahan dan analisis data. Selain itu, proses pelaporan yang manual juga kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan penilaian yang subjektif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi pelaporan kinerja guru berbasis web. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, objektivitas, dan transparansi dalam pelaporan kinerja guru, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam upaya peningkatan mutu guru. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini, dengan UML sebagai tools perancangan. Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan blackbox testing.
