Abstract

One form of evolution in telemedicine health services, which is a reaction from society to the increasingly rapid development of science and technology. In this era of globalization and digital, the concept contained in telemedicine embodies the efficiency of medical services so that satisfaction with services will be achieved well. The aim of this research is to determine the description of public knowledge about telemedicine in Peron Hamlet. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires. The research method is a descriptive survey, sampling using a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 70 respondents. The results of the research show that the level of public knowledge regarding telemedicine in Peron Hamlet is categorized as good (5%), quite good (5%), not good (80%), and not good (10%). So from the research results it can be concluded that the description of the level of knowledge about telemedicine in Peron Hamlet is in the poor category.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records as a form of renewal of health services, which has emerged as a response to and challenges arising from advances in technology. The Minister of Health Regulation No. 269/Menkes concerning Medical Records is no longer in accordance with developments in science and technology, health service needs and the legal needs of society. At this time the government has determined the regulations to be used, namely Minister of Health Regulation no. 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. With this regulation, hospitals must improve their preparation so that they can be integrated with the government system. The aim of this PKM is to increase the knowledge of medical personnel in administering electronic medical records in hospitals. The PKM implementation method includes material presentation, discussion and evaluation. The target of PKM consists of 14 health workers with the results of PKM being an increase in health workers' knowledge in maintaining medical records.
