<![CDATA[e-Puskesmas is a digital health product that developed from an electronic health record system. Perceptions about the benefits and ease of use of new technology can influence users' interest in the new technology. Therefore, research was needed that aimed to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and ease of use of the system on the effectiveness of e-Puskesmas use by users at Tumpang Community Health Center, Malang Regency. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional; involving 67 users, selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data about the variables mentioned in the objectives were collected through filling out a questionnaire. The data that had been collected and was believed to be valid was then analyzed using the logistic regression test. The results of the analysis showed that the category with the largest proportion for each variable was usefulness = moderate (52.2%), ease of use = sufficient (58.2%) and effectiveness of use = good (52.2%). The results of the hypothesis test showed the p value for each factor, namely usefulness = 0.000 and ease of use = 0.000. Furthermore, it was concluded that perceived usefulness and ease of use were predictors of the effectiveness of using e-Puskesmas at Tumpang Community Health Center.Keywords: electronic health record; expediency; convenience; effectiveness, users ABSTRAK e-Puskesmas merupakan salah satu produk digital kesehatan yang berkembang dari sistem electronic health record. Persepsi tentang manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan teknologi baru dapat memengaruhi minat pengguna terhadap teknologi baru tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan sistem terhadap efektifitas penggunaan e-Puskesmas oleh pengguna di Puskesmas Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah cross-sectional; dengan melibatkan 67 pengguna, yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data tentang variabel yang telah disebut pada tujuan dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul dan diyakini valid, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji logistic regression. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kategori dengan proporsi terbesar untuk masing-masing variabel adalah kemanfaatan = sedang (52,2%), kemudahan penggunaan = cukup (58,2%) dan efektifitas penggunaan = baik (52,2%). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai p untuk masing-masing faktor yaitu kemanfaatan = 0,000 dan kemudahan penggunaan = 0,000. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa kemanfaatan yang dirasakan dan kemudahan penggunaan merupakan prediktor dari efektifitas penggunaan e-Puskesmas di Puskesmas Tumpang.
