Abstract

Berdasarkan World Health Organization (WHO), menjelaskan bahwa Bencana adalah kejadian yang mengganggu danmengakibatkan rusaknya gangguan ekologis, banyaknya korban jiwa serta pelayanan kesehatan pada skala tertentuyang memerlukan respon dari luar masyarakat atau wilayah yang terkena. Frekuensi kejadian bencana belakangan inisemakin meningkat, terutama di area Asia-Pasifik. Pada tahun 2008, 40% dari total bencana alam di dunia terjadi diAsia dan lebih dari 80% korban bencana alam tersebut tinggal di daerah ini. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahui hubungantingkat pengetahuan tentang bencana dengan kesiapsiagaan kepala keluarga menghadapi bencana alam di Kp. CipatatRT 05 RW 02 Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analitikdengan desain cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik total sampling denganjumlah sampel 35 orang. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket berupa kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian diketahui dari 35 responden didapatkan 13 responden (37,1%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang dengankesiapsiagaan kurang baik dalam menghadapi bencana alam. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan kendall’s tau bdidapatkan nilai p value 0,000 yang artinya p value < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada hubungantingkat pengetahuan tentang bencana alam dengan kesiapsiagaan kepala keluarga menghadapi bencana alam di Kp.Cipatat 05/02 Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil dari penelitian ini berharap dapat dijadikan bahanreferensi sebagai bahan study untuk dijadikan bahan perbandingan sekaligus dapat dilakukan pengembanganpenelitian lebih lanjut bagi peneliti lain serta untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang bencana alam dengankesiapsiagaan kepala keluarga dalam menghadapi bencana alam dan sebagai bahan masukan yang bermanfaat bagipetugas kesehatan tentang kesiapsiagaan bencana alam.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the communication of the SBAR method in nurse handover that encourages a culture of patient safety and effective communication. The method used is a pilot study starting from the process of identification, analysis, prioritization of problems, plan of action, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up plan. The results showed that the application of guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) with socialization and handover assistance with SBAR method communication had a good effect, as evidenced by the trial application of the guidelines obtained data there was an increase in the percentage of vital sign mentions of 100%, the results of the latest nursing assessment increased to 40%, the delivery of nursing diagnoses and recommendations for further nursing actions by 60%. The hospital organization is in a stage of movement change where after implementation, the Nursing Services Department and the head of the room try to maintain its sustainability and make the organizational culture in the hospital. In conclusion, the activities that have been carried out during the socialization and mentoring process provide a change in behavior and a good mindset for nurses in implementing and cultivating the implementation of handover with SBAR communication in order to realize quality nursing services. Abstract

This study aims to design a proposal for improving the supervision of the head of the room in the implementation of handover in the inpatient room of South Jakarta General Hospital. The research method used is a case report. The study's results showed that there was already a 40% improvement, for example, the afternoon handover from 14.00 to 13.45 had started and the morning shift began at 08.00, 40% 07.45 / 07.30. For the completeness of handover nurses between the previous shift and the next shift from 5 rooms, 60% had improved, whereas, before the socialization, it was only 40%. For the completeness of the number of nurses who participated in the handover, The head of the room participated in visiting patients with the team, for the morning shift 80% was realized, and for the afternoon shift 40% was realized. Patients were led to pray, 40% realized. In conclusion, optimization of the head of the room's supervision of the implementation of the handover has a positive impact on improving the quality of health services in the inpatient room of South Jakarta General Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze problems in the implementation of freezing documentation using the role and function of freezing management approach, as well as problem-solving options. The research method uses case studies through interviews, observations, problem analysis with fishbone diagrams and then compiling innovations. The results of the study showed that documentation of accommodation in the inpatient room of Hospital X before implementation was 45% and after implementation it became 55%, there was an increase especially in the preparation of the closing diagnosis and protection action plan. In conclusion, the documentation process increased by 10% through the Flipbook SAK (Nursing Care Standards) innovation, this shows that the implementation carried out is quite effective in improving the quality of protection documentation. Abstract

Optimalisasi supervisi kepala ruangan dalam proses retur obat ke farmasi berperan penting dalam memastikan pengelolaan obat yang efisien, mengurangi kesalahan, dan meningkatkan efektivitas operasional rumah sakit. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, transformasi digital menawarkan solusi inovatif dalam mengatasi tantangan retur obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas retur obat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pilot study yang mencakup identifikasi masalah, analisis, penetapan prioritas, penyusunan rencana aksi, implementasi, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem digital dalam retur obat mempercepat proses, mengurangi kesalahan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Uji coba pada ruangan rawat inap menunjukkan bahwa obat dapat diretur dengan cepat dan akurat. Setelah implementasi, bagian Pelayanan Keperawatan dan kepala ruangan berupaya mempertahankan sistem ini sebagai budaya organisasi rumah sakit. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan dalam penerapan digitalisasi retur obat juga mengubah perilaku serta pola pikir perawat dalam pengelolaan retur obat. Diharapkan adanya komitmen bersama antara farmasi dan staf keperawatan untuk terus mendukung sistem digital ini guna mencapai efisiensi dan efektivitas yang berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan retur obat di rumah sakit.
