Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk of obesity and the effects of hyperthyroid treatment in hyperthyroid patients. The research method used is a systematic review through electronic databases and websites, namely ScienceDirect, Pubmed and Wiley Online Library. The research results showed that of the 7 research articles, 4 articles reported that hyperthyroidism treatment had an effect on the body, one of which was weight gain due to the disease. This needs to be controlled so that you don't become obese. There are articles stating that there is a lack of information about treatment options and their long-term consequences so that patients have no mechanism to predict these potential effects, namely weight gain that will lead to obesity. In conclusion, hyperthyroid patients undergoing treatment need to be given information about the drug therapy they are undergoing in order to reduce/avoid unwanted side effects, namely obesity. Abstract

Dalam perawatan kesehatan, sikap keselamatan perawat pada pasien sangat penting. Budaya keselamatan pasien terdiri dari sikap keselamatan secara kolektif pada seluruh perawat . Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menyoroti fakta mengenai dampak dari sikap keselamatan perawat di Rumah Sakit. Dengan menggunakan Google Scholar, Scopus, dan PubMed dengan batasan tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2023, tinjauan artikel ini dilakukan untuk menilai sikap keselamatan perawat, kesembilan penelitian ini dikaji menggunakan berbagai instrumen seperti Survei Rumah Sakit tentang Budaya Keselamatan Pasien, Skala pengorganisasian keselamatan pasien, Kuisioner Sikap Keselamatan Pasien, dan Skala iklim keselamatan pasien Zohar. Budaya keselamatan pasien pada perawat yang positif menghasilkan sedikit laporan mengenai kejadian buruk di Rumah Sakit. Manajer Perawat dapat meningkatkan sikap keselamatan pasien dengan mendorong pelaporan kesalahan dan mendoring kerja tim yang efektif, serta komunikasi yang baik. Oleh karena itu, penting agar menjadikan sikap keselamatan perawat menjadi program yang berkelanjutan dan menjadi bagian dari budaya keselamatan pasien.
