Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini membahas tentang peran Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (SPMP) dalam mewujudkan budaya mutu pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Keberadaan penjaminan mutu akan berjalan dengan baik jika budaya mutu di lembaga, termasuk Madrasah, dapat terwujud. Saat ini, Madrasah masih menghadapi masalah terkait mutu, implementasi, dan pengelolaan yang belum dapat melahirkan lulusan berkualitas. Hal ini disebabkan oleh sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan yang belum berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (SPMP) pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta, budaya mutu, serta peran SPMP dalam mewujudkan budaya mutu di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPMP dapat berjalan melalui proses perencanaan, implementasi, monitoring atau evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut perbaikan. Budaya mutu Madrasah di tiga Madrasah yang diteliti pada dasarnya sudah terbangun, terutama di Madrasah yang telah lama berdiri. SPMP memainkan peran penting dalam mewujudkan budaya mutu yang ada di Madrasah. Kata Kunci: Penajminan Mutu; Budaya Mutu; Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Abstract This article discusses the role of the Education Quality Assurance System (SPMP) in realizing a culture of quality in Private Madrasah Aliyah in the Pekalongan Regency. The existence of quality assurance will run well if a culture of quality in institutions, including Madrasas, can be realized. Currently, Madrasahs are still facing problems related to quality, implementation, and management which have not been able to produce quality graduates. This is caused by an education quality assurance system that is not running well. This research aims to describe the Education Quality Assurance System (SPMP) at Private Madrasah Aliyah, the culture of quality, and the role of SPMP in realizing a culture of quality at Private Madrasah Aliyah in Pekalongan Regency. The research method used is qualitative, with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research results show that SPMP can run through a process of planning, implementation, monitoring or evaluation, and follow-up improvements. The culture of Madrasah quality in the three Madrasahs studied has been established, especially in Madrasahs that have been established for a long time. SPMP plays an important role in realizing a culture of quality in Madrasah. Keywords: Quality Assurance; Quality Culture; Private Madrasah Aliyah

Abstract

This research aims to examine the reconstruction of the status of people with disabilities (disabled) from an Islamic perspective by using a sociolinguistic approach to verses from the Qur’an relating to disabled people. The background to this research is the gap between Islam's progressive understanding of people with disabilities and the stigma and discrimination that people with disabilities still often experience in the Muslim community. The theoretical framework used is sociolinguistic theory. The research method used is qualitative content analysis of verses from the Qur’an that discuss disabilities. The research results show that the Qur’an gives high appreciation and respect to people with disabilities, but their understanding and treatment in Muslim society are often distorted by stigma and misconceptions. This research emphasizes the importance of reconstructing the understanding of Al-Qur'an verses related to disabilities so that they are in line with the principles of justice, equality, and inclusion taught by Islam.
