Abstract

Pengaruh Big Data, Pengambialn Keputusan dan Strategis Pemerintah terhadap, Kesejahteraan Sosial adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup Bidang Kebijakan Sosial. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Pengaruh Big Data berpengaruh terhadap; 2) Pengambialn Keputusan berpengaruh terhadap Kesejahteraan Sosial; dan 3) berpengaruh terhadap Strategi Pemerintah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance through work stress at PT. Indonesian Entelemic Energy. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 50 respondents in accordance with the total number of employees. The sample in this research is a saturated sample in which the entire population was surveyed. The data collection procedure in this research was to use a questionnaire using a Likert scale and Smart PLS 4.1 software programming. The data analysis techniques used are outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that: (1) workload has a significant effect on work stress in the company PT. Energi Entelemi Indonesia, (2) compensation has a significant effect on work stress at the company PT. Energi Entelemi Indonesia, (3) workload has no effect on employee performance at the company PT. Energi Entelemi Indonesia, (4) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the company PT. Energi Entelemi Indonesia, (5) work stress has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Entelemic Energy.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main component of an organization which is an active planner and actor in every organizational activity. There are many factors that influence employee performance, such as leadership style. Leadership style is a set of characteristics that leaders use to influence subordinates so that organizational goals are achieved or it can also be said that leadership style is a pattern of behavior and strategies that are liked and often applied by a leader. Organizational culture is also a factor that influences employee performance. Organizational culture is the collective beliefs, values, rituals and myths that determine the way people in an organization behave, and work motivation influences employee performance. Work motivation is the key of a successful organization to maintain continuity of work in the organization in a strong way and help to survive. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Leadership style influences employee performance, 2) Organizational culture influences employee performance, 3) Work motivation influences employee performance.

Abstract

This article provides a detailed literature review regarding the influence of workload and compensation on employee performance. This article examines theoretical concepts, empirical findings and identifies the relationship between workload and compensation on employee performance and individual performance results using a literature synthesis. Based on the literature review, there is strong evidence that what can improve performance and compensation is the appropriateness of the workload given based on individual abilities. Excessive workload can cause fatigue and decreased performance. Apart from that, providing compensation in accordance with the performance given by employees also has a big influence on employee performance.
