Abstract

ABSTRAKSmart-HPV merupakan aplikasi yang berfungsi sebagai media pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai HPV dan vaksinasi HPV. Belum diketahui mengenai usabilitas dan kepuasan aplikasi Smart-HPV pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Tujuan Penelitian:Mengetahui gambaran usabilitas dan kepuasan terhadap Smart-HPV terkait pengetahuan tentang vaksinasi HPV pada remaja di sekolah menengah atas. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan dari Februari 2020–April 2021. Sampel penelitian ialah siswa SMA yang memiliki PIK-KRR di Kota Yogyakarta yang menggunakan Smart-HPV sebagai media edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait vaksinasi HPV. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner technology acceptance model (TAM) yang terdiri atas perceived ease of use (PEOU) untuk kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi Smart-HPV dan perceived usefulness (PU) untuk kebermanfaatan penggunaan aplikasi. Data dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil: Sebagian besar rata-rata usabilitas dan kepuasan terhadap desain aplikasi dinilai mudah (75%) dan bermanfaat (88,9%). Rata-rata uji validitas muka terkait aplikasi Smart-HPV sebesar 95,9%. Diskusi: Aplikasi Smart-HPV diminati oleh siswa dan terbukti kemanfaatannya sebagai media edukasi untuk pengetahuan terhadap vaksinasi HPV. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi Smart HPV efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepuasan tentang vaksinasi HPV pada remaja di sekolah. Remaja diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi Smart-HPV sebagai media pembelajaran yang memudahkan dalam memperoleh informasi terkait HPV dan vaksin HPV.Kata Kunci: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, smartphone, vaksinasi HPV         Usability and User Satisfaction of SMART-HPV Application as an Educational Medium for Knowledge about HHPV Vaccination ABSTRACTSmart-HPV is an application that serves as a health education medium to increase knowledge about HPV and HPV vaccination. The usability and satisfaction of the Smart-HPV application in high school students have not been identified. Objective: To identify the usability and satisfaction of Smart-HPV related to knowledge about HPV vaccination in adolescents at high schools. Methods: This research employed descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. It was conducted from February 2020–April 2021. The research samples were high school students who had PIK-KRR in Yogyakarta City and used Smart-HPV as an educational medium to increase knowledge about HPV vaccination. The samples were selected using consecutive sampling. Data were collected using the technology acceptance model (TAM) questionnaire, which consisted of perceived ease of use (PEOU) for the ease of use of Smart-HPV application, and perceived usefulness (PU) for the usefulness of using the application. Data were analyzed univariately. Results: Most of the average usability and satisfaction regarding the application design were easy (75%) and useful (88.9%). The average face validity test related to the Smart-HPV application was 95.9%. Discussion: Students were interested in the Smart-HPV application, and its usefulness as an educational medium for knowledge of HPV vaccination was proven. Conclusion: Smart HPV application effectively increases knowledge and satisfaction about HPV vaccination in adolescents at school. Adolescents are expected to be able to take advantage of the Smart-HPV application as a learning medium so that obtaining information related to HPV and the HPV vaccine will be easier.Keywords: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, smartphone, HPV vaccination
