Abstract

Tumbuh kembang UKM di Indonesia perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Perhatian tersebut dapat diwujudkan dalam bentuk dukungan dan pelatihan keterampilan. Terdapat banyak pelaku bisnis UKM yang belum mengenal cara pemasaran melalui platform digital, salah satunya Kelompok UKM Desa Pungging, Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Meski telah diketahui secara luas bahwa UKM yang menggunakan platform digital sebagai media pemasarannya diketahui meningkatkan penjualannya dan meluaskan jangkauan pasarnya. Oleh karena itu Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan, dan ITB Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan melakukan Pelatihan Pembuatan Website Toko Online pada para pelaku UKM di Desa Pungging tersebut. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap berikut. Mulai dari persiapan, sosialiasi, kemudian pelatihan dan pemberian pemahaman pemasaran digital.

Abstract

The Sinta Score Overall (SSO) ranking is a crucial indicator in assessing the academic quality and productivity of lecturers and researchers. However, many academics face challenges in improving their SSO ranking due to a lack of understanding of effective strategies for scientific publication. Therefore, this community service initiative was conducted through a national webinar with the primary objective of providing insights and strategies to academics on how to optimize their SSO. The method employed in this initiative involved dissemination and interactive discussions via a webinar platform, featuring speakers with extensive experience in scientific publication and Sinta ranking. The webinar covered key topics, including high-quality publication strategies, the importance of international collaboration, and the utilization of academic media to enhance research visibility. The results indicate that improving publication quality, expanding collaborative networks, and selecting research topics aligned with global issues are essential steps in increasing SSO. By implementing the right strategies and maintaining consistency in scientific publication, academics can enhance their reputation and expand research collaboration opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology on the efficiency and productivity of employees at Dr. Soegiri Lamongan Hospital. With the development of AI technology in the healthcare sector, this research is important to understand how this technology affects the quality of work of employees as well as operational productivity in hospitals. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through semi-structured interviews with 10 informants consisting of medical, administrative, and managerial employees. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques to identify key patterns and themes in the interview data. The results of the study show that the application of AI at Dr. Soegiri Lamongan Hospital increases employee productivity by speeding up administrative and medical processes, as well as allowing employees to focus more on more complex tasks. Although some employees expressed concerns about job replacement, most felt more supported and efficient with the help of this technology. These findings contribute to the literature on AI adoption in the healthcare sector, by showing that AI can improve work efficiency without compromising employee psychological well-being. The conclusion of the study is that AI has great potential to improve productivity and efficiency in hospitals, with a positive impact on employee well-being. The study suggests that hospitals provide more intensive training and managerial support in implementing this technology, and proposes further research to explore more in-depth psychological factors related to the application of AI in the healthcare sector.
