Abstract

Guru PAUD  dianggap sebagai individu yang meletakkan dasar Pendidikan kedua setelah orangtua. Mereka diharapkan memiliki keahlian khusus dalam bidang ini. Namun masih banyak guru PAUD yang belum memenuhi standar nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru di Lembaga PAUD, terutama terkait kualifikasi akademik dan kesesuaian jurusan lulusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik observasi, wawancara dengan kepala RA Masyithoh 11 Karangsari dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, sementara analisis data dilakukan dari awal pengumpulan hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di RA Masyithoh 11 Karangsari  tidak memenuhi standar nasional sebagai guru PAUD. Hal ini terlihat dari kurangnya kesesuaian latar belakang Pendidikan setiap guru dengan bidang PAUD. Dalam Lembaga ini terdapat 9 guru dua diantaranya memiliki latar belakang Pendidikan S1 Pendidikan umum dan tujuh lainnya memiliki latar belakang non S1. Problematika yang muncul adalah kekurangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) guru PAUD yang sesuai dengan standar nasional. Hal ini berdampak pada kualitas guru dan Pendidikan secara keseluruhan di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kelayakan guru di  lembaga ini adalah melalui kegiatan pengembangan guru, seperti pelatihan dan peningkatan kompetensi.

Abstract

This study examines the Islamic values ​​contained in the Nyangku ceremony in the midst of the existence of the Islamic values ​​of the Panjalu community. The Panjalu community is known for its Islam which is thick with the practice of local traditions in this case is Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). In addition, this study also wants to know the response of Panjalu Muslims to the Nyangku ceremony. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Sources of data used in this study is in the form of literature data and data obtained from interviews. Nyangku for the people of Panjalu is a great ritual because it contains certain meanings and values. Apart from having a certain purpose from the Panjalu kingdom itself, the nyangku ceremony is also a means of spreading Islam. The Nyangku ceremony is usually held once a year on the last Monday or Thursday of the month of Rabi'ul Awal. The purpose of the nyangku is to clean the heirlooms of the Panjalu kingdom. The purpose of holding the Nyangku ceremony is to clean up heirlooms from the Panjalu Kingdom. The essence of the nyangku ceremony is to cleanse oneself of everything that is prohibited by Islam. In addition, it also aims to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and as a means of strengthening brotherhood among the Panjalu people. The internalization of Islamic values ​​in the Nyangku ceremony can be seen in the aspect of the celebration date which coincides with the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and the purification of heirlooms which has the meaning of cleansing the heart because Islam is a holy religion which also symbolizes tolerance among others.

Abstract

Strengthening the characters become an urgent need, especially in education. This was done in view of the importance of strengthening the character in orde to deal with the moral degradation and shifting cultural values among teenagers today. Moral education is very important for the student to improve intelligence, emotional and spiritual. School arrange creatif Innovations of moral values learning programs in the form of real behavior and attitude, not only conceptual. In this conceptual framework, this paper aims to reinforce the need for the values of local wisdom in building the character of students through a local identity of Babad Banyumas. The focus of this study emphasize the character educational values based on moral in Babad Banyumas that there is can be classified into three core values, such as: 1) social values include politeness, mutual respect, and mutual help. In the Babad Banyumas, this is shown by the attitude of Ki Dipati Kaleng in serve guests; 2) The value of morality includes human actions and also their thoughts and the establishment of what is good and bad, about what is appropriate and inappropriate to do. This is shown by the attitude of Raden Baribin face power conflict with her own brother; 3) The value of religiosity which includes spiritual attitude shown by Dipawijaya the form of asceticism (Khalwat/Tapa Brata) pray gift from God “Hyang Maha Agung” and tradition every friday night face (Sowan) to the King in Keraton followed by a tadarus quran in mosque (Suranatan).
