Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of institutional mechanisms in supporting the advancement of women in rural areas. The focus of this study is to strengthen institutions that empower women and promote gender equality, as well as improve the well-being of women in rural areas. The research methods used include literature analysis and case studies. The findings of the research indicate that strong institutional mechanisms facilitate rural women's access to resources, education, and economic opportunities. A comprehensive approach that includes skills enhancement, organizational management support, and fair division of labor contributes to the empowerment of women in rural areas. The implementation of these solutions is expected to enhance women's empowerment, promote inclusive rural development, improve family welfare, and achieve better gender equality. This research has policy implications for strengthening institutional mechanisms to enhance the role of women in rural development. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kelembagaan dalam mendukung kemajuan perempuan di daerah pedesaan. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkuat kelembagaan yang memberdayakan perempuan dan mendorong kesetaraan gender, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan perempuan di perdesaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis literatur dan studi kasus. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme kelembagaan yang kuat dapat memfasilitasi akses perempuan pedesaan terhadap sumber daya, pendidikan, dan peluang ekonomi. Pendekatan komprehensif yang mencakup peningkatan keterampilan, dukungan manajemen organisasi, dan pembagian kerja yang adil berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan perempuan di daerah pedesaan. Penerapan solusi-solusi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemberdayaan perempuan, mendorong pembangunan perdesaan yang inklusif, meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, dan mencapai kesetaraan gender yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi kebijakan untuk memperkuat mekanisme kelembagaan guna meningkatkan peran perempuan dalam pembangunan perdesaan.

Abstract

The historical existence of mut'ah marriage during the time of the Prophet Muhammad is widely acknowledged among Muslims, documented in both Sunni and Shiite sources. While Shia Islam maintains the validity of mut'ah marriage indefinitely, it has been prohibited since the era of the Caliphate in Sunni tradition. This paper aims to elucidate the concept of mut’ah marriage, free from emotional bias or sectarian influences, by examining religious texts and rational arguments. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study conducts an in-depth exploration of scholarly literature and opinions, particularly focusing on the permissibility and prohibition of mut'ah marriages. The findings underscore the Shia school of thought's consistency in affirming the perpetual validity of mut'ah marriage, as no historical or Quranic evidence nullifies its legality. Conversely, the prohibition in Sunni tradition is based on hadith, consensus, and societal concerns, particularly regarding potential harm to women and children born from mut'ah unions. This research contributes to a nuanced understanding of mut'ah marriage within Islamic jurisprudence, emphasizing the importance of textual analysis and rational inquiry in interpreting religious laws. AbstrakEksistensi historis pernikahan mut'ah pada masa Nabi Muhammad diakui secara luas di kalangan umat Islam, yang didokumentasikan dalam sumber-sumber Sunni dan Syiah. Sementara Islam Syiah mempertahankan keabsahan pernikahan mut'ah tanpa batas waktu, pernikahan mut'ah telah dilarang sejak era kekhalifahan dalam tradisi Sunni. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep pernikahan mut'ah, bebas dari bias emosional atau pengaruh sektarian, dengan mengkaji teks-teks agama dan argumen rasional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini melakukan eksplorasi mendalam terhadap literatur dan pendapat para ulama, khususnya yang berfokus pada kebolehan dan pelarangan pernikahan mut'ah. Temuan penelitian ini menggarisbawahi konsistensi mazhab Syiah dalam menegaskan keabsahan pernikahan mut'ah, karena tidak ada bukti historis atau Alquran yang membatalkan keabsahannya. Sebaliknya, larangan dalam tradisi Sunni didasarkan pada hadis, konsensus, dan keprihatinan masyarakat, terutama mengenai potensi bahaya bagi perempuan dan anak-anak yang lahir dari pernikahan mut'ah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang bernuansa tentang pernikahan mut'ah dalam yurisprudensi Islam, yang menekankan pentingnya analisis tekstual dan penyelidikan rasional dalam menafsirkan hukum agama.

Abstract

Transferring vocational entrepreneurship education to various contexts necessitates extensive localization. This paper examines the challenges and considerations associated with transferring vocational entrepreneurship training to diverse regions and emphasizes the significance of adapting the training to meet the specific needs and demands of the target region. It highlights the importance of understanding the local economic, social, and cultural landscapes in order to tailor the training program effectively. The availability and accessibility of resources, such as technology and funding, are also discussed as essential adaptation factors. Engaging local stakeholders, such as governments, educational institutions, and industry associations, is emphasized as a crucial element for assuring the relevance and sustainability of training. In addition, the paper emphasizes the significance of continuous evaluation and feedback mechanisms to monitor the outcomes and impact of transferred training and make adjustments as necessary. By addressing these factors and adapting vocational entrepreneurship training to local conditions, it can contribute to the empowerment of individuals, the promotion of economic development, and the cultivation of thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems in a variety of regions.
