Abstract

In this study, the core problem is why the population outside the cities of Jakarta and Surabaya enters the two cities, causing an increase in the number of residents beyond their capacity. With the aim of knowing how many factors influence the increase in urbanization in the cities of Jakarta and Surabaya in 2020-2021. The research method is descriptive qualitative method and evaluation. The analytical technique used is library research and also urbanization data in the cities of Surabaya and Jakarta for the period 2020 and 2021 from the Central Statistics Agency. With the results obtained, namely urbanization occurred in the two cities because the income from the two cities was high, namely DKI Jakarta, amounting to Rp. 4,416,186,548 in 2021 while in East Java Province, the highest UMK in 2021 and 2022 is held by the City of Surabaya, which is Rp. 4,300,479 in 2021. The driving factors are economic factors, lack of job opportunities in villages, minimal facilities and infrastructure. infrastructure in the village and the lack of educational facilities and construction and for the pull factor, namely the influence of people who have urbanized to the destination city by beautifying life in the city, it is much better and also easier to get the desired job or also facilitated in opening a business, wages in the city is much higher, more entertainment, tourist attractions or buildings are more and nice to visit and free individuals more freely. The conclusion is that the main factor of urbanization is the economic factor.

Abstract

This research is a study that aims to stay afloat during the Covid 19 pandemic by doing business online. even MSMEs have been diverted to online businesses so that productivity can develop online businesses and also the government's efforts towards MSMEs in current conditions. Because of the enthusiasm of people who use gadgets as something useful and beneficial for the economy. Then for the data writers using secondary data and for the approach with a juridical-normative approach with a library research approach. And for the analytical method, the author uses qualitative methods by analyzing data, searching, and collecting references from various literatures, articles, research journals and on websites about the importance of productivity development during the Covid 19 pandemic for online business which is widely discussed in the economic sector for people's lives. even the millennial generation has turned to online business and is also related to the role of the government during the pandemic against MSMEs. With this online business being able to survive the pandemic. By actively selling, consistently and frequently visiting various social media such as Instagram, Tik tok, Facebook, whatsapp, telegram, Twiter and can also be developed in Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli etc. buying and selling applications. In addition, the role of the government that has been carried out with programming policies to provide incentives for increasing working capital costs, placing the Ministry of SOEs and local governments to support MSMEs has also been efficient.

Abstract

The research in writing this journal aims to find out how the government's role in road infrastructure development, Road Lighting Taxes, obstacles in the implementation process and the solutions provided. This writing uses a qualitative analysis method with a descriptive approach or the so-called library approach related in the journal of road infrastructure and street lighting tax in East Java province. Telford road running. As for the role of the government in the street lighting tax, namely using taxes with diligence withholding. One of the problems is the budget process that has been disbursed for the design of its construction, but in fact there are still some that have not been disbursed and the participation of the people who still underestimate and have not paid according to the due date or exceeding the maturity date, the data may also not be included in the existing tax obligations in the government. With that, what is provided by the regional government is cooperation between development ratings, more optimization of infrastructure development plans, as well as increasing the quality and quantity of road infrastructure development projects so that they are more adequate with maximum results. In conclusion, the government's role in road construction and street lighting tax has actually been effective, but it has not been maximized in its implementation program.
