Abstract

(PLP) at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) IAIN Kerinci. This type of research uses field studies (field research). The data in this research is in the form of information, actions, activities that can be used as studies related to the research focus of Strategy for Increasing the Performance of Laboratory Institutions. The research results show that the most important alternative strategy and the main priority in order to improve the performance of PLP at the FTIK IAIN Kerinci Faculty is improving welfare. The research results also show that the actor most involved and influential in improving PLP performance is the head of the laboratory, while the main priority goal in improving PLP performance is increasing PLP professionalism. PLP performance can be improved by paying attention to their welfare in line with the implementation of PLP functional positions. Apart from that, the head of the laboratory should be able to encourage and motivate PLPs to improve their performance, so that PLPs are able to work independently and professionally and provide the best service oriented towards customer satisfaction. Abstract

Law has close relevance to justice. Elections in Indonesia's democratic state are a process of peaceful transfer of power carried out periodically and per the principles outlined by the constitution. There are times when people want supervision of the government. However, there are also times when people get tired of their representatives who continue to behave because of seemingly unlimited power. One of the issues hotly discussed when approaching the 2019 election yesterday was raising the Parliamentary Threshold. Based on this description, a formula can be drawn: How does the Parliamentary threshold affect the existence and development of political parties? The research method used is Normative Legal Research. Parliamentary threshold is recognized as one of many ways to simplify political parties. However, PT must also be recognized as one of the most effective ways because it does not threaten the existence of any particular political party.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan sangat penting karena merekalah yang umumnya belum mendapatkan kesempatan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar mereka dapat berfungsi sebagai subyek maupun obyek dalam berbagai aspek pembangunan, baik sebagai perencana, pengambil keputusan, pelaksana, maupun mengevaluasi dan menikmati berbagai hasil pembangunan secara merata. Pada sektor non formal pemberdayaan perempuan memainkan perananan yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat yang mencerminkan perempuan yang mampu meningkatkan perannya dalam lingkungan masyarakat melalui keterampilan menjahit. Paradigma pemberdayaan perempuan menuntut pendekatan yang tidak memposisikan perempuan sebagai obyek dari berbagai aksi pembangunan, tetapi harus menempatkan perempuan sebagai subyek kegiatan. Perempuan akan berdaya pada saat mereka bertindak pada hal-hal yang sifatnya strategis dan bukan hanya ditujukan pada pemenuhan material, tetapi juga kelmpok-kelompok sehingga dapat meningkatkan kehidupan mereka.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan perempuan, Non formal
