Mass media, as a communication tool that disseminates information widely through print and electronic media, requires a planned production process to present information and entertainment effectively. This research focuses on the production process of the "Sapa Pagi" program on MADUTV, aiming to explore how this program meets the needs of the Indonesian people. Using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, this research collects data through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the pre-production, production and post-production stages are very important to create interesting and quality episodes. The "Sapa Pagi" program, which is presented in a live recorded talk show format, successfully combines information and entertainment for its viewers.
