<![CDATA[Tujuan studi ini untuk mengkaji nilai keadilan dan perlidungan hak asasi manusia pada pelaksanaan pro bono publico pada pemberian konsultasi dan bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa nilai keadilan dan perlidungan hak asasi manusia pada pelaksanaan pro bono publico pada pemberian konsultasi dan bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan. Namun pemerintah telah memberikan perlindungan terhadap bantuan hukum pro bono untuk menjamin pelaksanaannya sebagai pelayanan bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat miskin. Selain pemerintah, fasilitasi bantuan hukum juga dilaksanakan oleh pihak swasta dengan organisasi atau yayasan atau lembaga bantuan hukum demi terciptanya keadilan dan kepentingan umum. The purpose of this study is to examine the value of justice and the protection of human rights in the implementation of pro bono publico in providing consultations and legal aid for the poor. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach. The results of the study show that the value of justice and protection of human rights in the implementation of pro bono publico in providing consultations and legal assistance for the poor still has a number of problems. However, the government has provided protection for pro bono legal aid to guarantee its implementation as a legal aid service for the poor. Apart from the government, the facilitation of legal aid is also carried out by private parties with organizations or foundations or legal aid institutions for the sake of creating justice and the public interest.]]>
