Abstract

This research contains about the implementation of the Lestari Bumi Harmoni Program in Binor Village. This research aims to explain the corporate social responsibility program of PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Paiton through community empowerment. The problems that occur in Binor Village include unprocessed food waste, forest and land fires, poaching that can damage the environment, and community welfare. Meanwhile, the main potential of Binor Village is the wealth and diversity of flora and fauna. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation study. The data in this study were analyzed using the concept of five steps of CSR program initiation and three points of community empowerment implementation. The impact of this program is not only on the environmental aspect but also on social and economic aspects such as increasing community income, saving expenses, and increasing community knowledge and skills. The community group managing the program is expected to be able to continue the program independently so that the benefits of the program can be felt in the long term. This shows the success of the PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan PaitonCSR program in implementing community empowerment activities in Binor Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis stakeholder pada program CSR PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Paiton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemangku kepentingan pada Program Lestari Bumi Harmoni yang dilaksanakan oleh PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Paiton. Penentuan dan peran stakeholder dalam pelaksanaan program CSR sangat vital dalam keberlangsungan program CSR perusahaan. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan suatu program CSR perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh peran beberapa aktor yang dapat mendukung atau bahkan menghambat program CSR. Metode penyusunan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan program Lestari Bumi Harmoni baik itu sebagai pembuat kebijakan maupun sebagai sasaran program CSR, penentuan aktor kunci dalam program berpengaruh dalam pelaksanaan program CSR, dan keberlangsungan Program Lestari Bumi Harmoni tergantung pada peran local hero. Anggota kelompok sasaran program bergantung pada keaktifan dari local hero yang mana merupakan ketua kelompok tersebut.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of the Independent Aren Farmer Program in Kalianan Village. This research aims to explain the CSR implementation of PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Paiton, especially in community empowerment activities. The background issues addressed by the program in Kalianan Village include the safety of palm sugar farmers during the tapping process, the underutilization of cattle waste, and limited market access for processed palm sugar products. On the other hand, the village’s main potential includes the presence of 137 palm sugar farmers capable of independent production, product diversification, and employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was compiled using descriptive qualitative methods and used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted based on the Triple Bottom Line concept. The impact of the PAMAN program includes social, economic and environmental aspects. The Garuda Sakti group as the beneficiary of the program, is expected to be able to implement the program independently and for a long time. This is a measure of the company’s success in implementing community empowerment activities in Kalianan Village.
