Abstract

At this time, world technology is entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, this has an impact on the development of the health world, namely Hospital information technology regarding Medical Records. Hospitals are obliged to improve the quality of health services by taking advantage of technological developments so that they can compete well with other health service institutions. SIMRS is useful in improving hospital performance on the speed of decision-making in developing strategies. The purpose of this study in general is to analyze the factors that cause the non-optimal use of Electronic Medical Records in RSKK Pharmaceutical Installations to support services and find the right strategy in an effort to overcome this. The methods used are the fishbone diagram method, the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (Ultrasound) method, and analyzed with Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). . Based on the results of the assessment, a formulation of related problems was obtained regarding the solution, strategy of the EMR implementation system in RSKK pharmaceutical installations. From the results of the interview with the current RSKK Pharmaceutical Installation, one of the problems related to SIMRS is that there is still a need to improve the menus in the application to support the performance of the pharmaceutical installation and the adjustment and transfer of data from the old application used to the new application. The results of this literature study were carried out by a quantitative method, by providing questionnaires and socialization related to the SOP SIMRS EMR implementation system to pharmaceutical installation officers. The conclusion of this literature study is that human resources (HR) and organizational factors play an important role in the success of technology acceptance, SIMRS is an optimal technology development innovation for services. With this, the researcher conducts socialization in health services, especially in pharmaceutical installations in making SOPs and SIMRS process flows in the implementation of ERM in the Pharmacy Unit.

Abstract

Pelayanan bedah di IBS bersifat kompleks dan padat modal. Kegiatan operasional di instalasi ini melibatkan sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi tinggi, teknologi medis canggih, serta penggunaan bahan habis pakai dan obat-obatan yang mahal. . Oleh karena itu, IBS menjadi salah satu pusat biaya (cost center) dengan kontribusi besar terhadap biaya operasional rumah sakit. Efisiensi manajemen di IBS akan berdampak signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan finansial dan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit secara keseluruhan. Pengelolaan biaya yang efisien di Instalasi Bedah Sentral bertujuan untuk menjamin kelangsungan operasional rumah sakit dan menjaga kualitas layanan dengan cara mengelola biaya dengan bijak dan memastikan bahwa rumah sakit dapat beroperasi meskipun terdapat fluktuasi dalam jumlah pasien atau prosedur bedah, meskipun pengendalian biaya dilakukan, rumah sakit harus tetap memastikan bahwa kualitas layanan bedah yang diberikan tidak terganggu (Irawan, 2020). Penekanan pada cost containment menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi beban biaya tanpa mengurangi kualitas pelayanan. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui strategi efisiensi manajemen, pemeliharaan prediktif, dan pengadaan berbasis nilai (value-based procurement) (Basuki & Prihatin, 2021). Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Gambaran SCM yang dilakukan Instalasi Bedah Sentral dalam mengendalikan biaya. Desain penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desain analisis deskriptif. SCM yang dilakukan di Instalasi Bedah Sentral mencakup cost containment dan cost reduction dalam hal Bangunan, SDM, dan bahan habis pakai.

Abstract

Background: Healthcare facilities, particularly hospitals, must deliver swift, precise, and reliable medical services. Additionally, all healthcare providers are mandated to implement electronic medical records as part of their service delivery. Quality services can be good if the patient's medical records are complete, fast, and precise in providing information for health services. Implementing the electronic medical record system ensures resilience, leadership, and commitment. The study aimed to analyze the factors that influence resilience policies on the commitment of the electronic medical record system at the Muhammadiyah Siti Khodijah Hospital. Methods: The quantitative research method uses a cross-sectional design. The population is all Hospital Employees. The sample is 125 employees, and the sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Independent Variables Resilience and Leadership, Independent Variable Commitment. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Statistical tests use multiple linear regression Results: The results of the resilience study (X1) have an influence on commitment (Y) with (p = 0.000) < 0.05, and leadership (X2) has an impact on commitment (Y) with (p = 0.000) < 0.05, and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.935 or 93.5%. Conclusion: There is a relationship between resilience and leadership variables and commitment. Employee resilience needs to be improved to maintain the quality of policies and commitments in working. Good leadership will support the Commitment of each employee.

Abstract

Perilaku remaja dengan perilaku kenakanan remaja seperti penyalahgunaan NAPZA dan perilaku sex bebas sangat berisiko terjadinya penularan HIV. Membentengi remaja dari perilaku tersebut sangatlah pentimng dalam mencegah penularan HIV pada remaja. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh peningkatan efikasi diri remaja dan peran monitoring orang tua dalam mencegah penularan HIV pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur atau literature review untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait pencegahan HIV di Indonesia. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui beberapa platform akademik seperti Google Scholar dan jurnal ilmiah lainnya. Kata kunci yang dipakai mencakup "Pencegahan HIV, Health Education". Pada tahap awal pencarian, didapatkan enam jurnal relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021 sampai 2025. Analisis dengan menggunakan tabel ekstraksi. Hasil penelitian efikasi diri memiliki peran penting dalam pencegahan perilaku berisiko HIV pada remaja 100%. peran orang tua, baik melalui pola asuh, pengetahuan, maupun keterlibatan dalam edukasi, memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada remaja, Disimpulkan bahwa edukasi, promosi kesehatan melalui media video, dan pola asuh orang tua yang suportif secara signifikan meningkatkan efikasi diri remaja dalam mencegah perilaku berisiko HIV
