Abstract

Agricultural and rural economic development strategies through business partnerships with an insight into the development of machine tools. The purpose of writing this acuentific work ia for (1) Discusses the rural economic profile as a basic for planning development programs, (2) Discusses strategies for rural development with an agribusines perspective, and (3) Formulate policies for the development of Machinery in a comprehensive and integrative manner. The process of economic development of a nation implicitly requires the tranformation of traditional agriculture into advanced or modern agriculture. It is in the tranformation process that patterns of participation play a role. Advanced agriculture is agriculture that has the ability to continually adapt to ever changing and demands. Agribusines partnership institusions that can eliminate these various failures are integrated agribusines business institusions in the form of integration between (farmer, trader, processor) and products qualityraw materialis, excellent post Harvest handlinh and guaranteed food safety). This model is supported by the institutional revitalization of farmer groups, agricultural extension, and partner companies.

Abstract

Ngompro Village has the greatest potential in the agricultural sector, this is strengthened by the large number of people working in the agricultural sector, namely 2331 residents. However, the agricultural sector in the village is still not able to provide a good enough contribution because of the various problems it faces, both originating from the internal and external conditions of the village. This study used eight informants consisting of three lecturers from the Soerjo University of Ngawi, staff of agricultural institutions, heads of agricultural extension officers, heads of villages, heads of Gapoktan, and heads of farmer groups. The data obtained were analyzed using the IFAS matrix, EFAS, and the SWOT matrix. The results showed that there were nine supporting factors and fife inhibiting factors in the agricultural development of Ngompro Village. In addition, the internal factor that has the highest score is Ngompro Village having a BUMDes institution and an agricultural extension agency as a companion in agricultural sector activities, and for external factors, the highest score is that there is a national development plan in Ngompro Village. The strategies that are prioritized and can be implemented are the use of modern technology in cooperation activities, there is a performance collaboration between farmer group leaders and educational institutions, there is broad marketing access inside and outside the village, and farmers and BUMDes institutions can collaborate to seek more efficient and profitable crop marketing network.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and residual effects of vermicompost during four planting periods on the growth and yield of mustard greens using a hydroganic planting system. The research was carried out in a greenhouse in Jagir Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, East Java. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with six treatments, namely control (inorganic treatment), 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 g/pot of vermicompost. All treatments were repeated five times and each treatment contained 4 samples. The results of this study show that differences in vermicompost dosage have a significant effect on the growth and yield of green mustard plants with direct effects and first, second and third residual effects. Vermicompost doses lower than 500 g/pot were not able to match the growth of green mustard plants using inorganic fertilizer. The dynamics of growth and yield of green mustard plants starting from the direct effect to the third residual effect shows changes in the growth rate and results obtained. In the first residual effect, the vermicompost dose of 300-500 g/pot treatment showed an increase in the growth and yield of green mustard plants with an average increase of 22.5%. In the second residue effect, vermicompost treatment showed an average increase in plant growth and yield of 17.2% compared to the first residue effect. Meanwhile, in the third residual effect, plant growth and yield decreased by 69.4% compared to the second residual effect. Thus the highest results were achieved in the second residual effect (third planting). These results suggest that the use of vermicompost fertilizer in hydroganic green mustard cultivation is highly recommended because it can save fertilizer use until the third planting. Meanwhile, in the fourth planting, it is necessary to add more organic fertilizer.

Abstract

This application trial aims to determine the impact of several of the best plant litter andams on the development and income of long beans. The test was implemented in Ngawi City, Katikan Village, Kedunggalar District from November 2024 to February 2025. This test was implemented with RAK ​​(Randomized Block Design) with 7 plant litter andam treatments and 4 reviews (r). From the trial, it was found that the use of plant litter andam could significantly increase plant height, number of fruits per plant, fresh fruit weight per plant. The treatment of stem andam plus soybean leaves, rice straw, mahogany leaves was better than johar wood andam (Cassia Siamea Lingk), coconut fiber, cassava stems (Manihot Esculanta) and treatment without andam, because it could increase the development and income of long beans, increased yields on stems + soybean leaves 78%, on rice husk andam 62%, and mahogany leaf andam 54% compared to the control.
