Abstract

Dari 10 komponen portofolio guru yang dinilai, sedikitnya ada lima komponen yang secara implisit menuntut guru untuk melakukan hal-hal yang sifatnya pengembangan, inovasi atau kreativitas sesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing. Kelima komponen tersebut adalah Rencana Pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, Prestasi Akademik, Karya Pengembangan Profesi, dan Keikutsertaan dalam Forum Ilmiah. Sebagai contoh, Rencana Pembelajaran yang disusun guru secara tidak langsung mencerminkan kontribusi seorang guru dalam pengembangan dan inovasi pembelajaran. Demikian juga dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru hendaknya memperlihatkan kreativitasnya dalam menggunakan dan mengadaptasikan model-model pembelajaran sesuai dengan tujuan dari pembelajaran itu sendiri. Sementara itu, untuk memenuhi komponen prestasi akademik, karya pengembangan profesi, dan keikutsertaan dalam forum ilmiah guru haruslah menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam melakukan penelitian dan atau penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Kemampuan ini dilandasi dengan kemampuan inovasi dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya dalam pembelajaran bidang studi terkait, kemudian dituangkannya dalam bentuk buku, artikel, laporan penelitian atau makalah yang dipublikasikan melalui suatu kegiatan seminar

Abstract

Work motivation in an organization has a very important role in influencing employee performance. The study conducted in Subang at the Ministry of Religion office, the problem facing in the office was employees’ low performance. To strengthen the problem occurs, based on the writer’s opinion related to the work motivation was not developed well in the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Subang. This study using an explanatory survey as a method. Based on the results of writing and simultaneous discussion, it was revealed that the work motivation variables of empirical employees had a big influence on the performance of the Ministry of Religion employees in Subang Regency by 85.8%. The conclusion about the contribution of the work ability variable of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency to the performance of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency (Y) was 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

BUMDes is a business entity legalized by the government with the main objective of building a business in accordance with the potential of the village for the greatest possible welfare of the village community, although there are still obstacles encountered empirically. Therefore this study will analyze the potential and obstacles encountered in establishing BUMDes in the Sagalaherang District, Subang Regency. This research method uses a Qualitative Research Method with a Case Study approach. The results of this study using SWOT analysis show that BUMDes in the Sagalaherang District, Subang Regency have potential that can be utilized, where Sagalaherang District is included in the Tourism area and even several villages have received a Regent's Decree as a Tourism Village but have limitations regarding human resources managing BUMDes besides that the community and administrators still don't understand the purpose of establishing BUMDes. Therefore it is necessary to socialize BUMDes to the community and implement the development of BUMDes management human resources

Abstract

Abstrak Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) di Kantor Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi Kabupaten Subang adalah derivasi kebijakan pemerintah mengenai Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) yang merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan Lebih baik terhadap masyarakat. Konsep Agile Goverment yang dituangkan dalam PATEK diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya dirasa belum optimal. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi konsep agile goverment melalui Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan untuk meningkatlkan Public Service di Kantor Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi. Meode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan empiris.   Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemerintah Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi melalui Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan Konsep Agile Governace terutama pada prinsi Prinsip Systematic and Adaptive approach dimana Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi belum dapat melaksanakan pelayanan secara online karena masih terbatasnya Fasilitas dan Sumber Daya Manusia. Kata Kunci : Agile Goverment, Public Service, Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Abstract Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) at the Pasirkareumbi Subdistrict Office, Subang Regency is a derivation of government policy regarding Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) which is the government's effort to provide better services to the community. The concept of Agile Government as outlined in PATEK is expected to provide improved services to the community. However, in practice it is not optimal. Therefore, this research aims to see how the agile government concept is implemented through Integrated Village Administration Services to improve Public Services at the Pasirkareumbi Village Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with an empirical approach. The results of the research show that the Pasirkareumbi Subdistrict Government through Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) has not fully implemented the Agile Governance Concept, especially on the principles of the Systematic and Adaptive approach, where the Pasirkareumbi Subdistrict Integrated Administrative Services has not been able to carry out online services due to limited facilities and human resources Keywords : Agile Goverment, Public Service, Integrated Administrative Service
