Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam era digital telah mengubah berbagai bidang kehidupan, salah satunya pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami konsep kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan pers, implementasinya dalam era digital, serta mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan untuk masa depan yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian ini adalah library research dengan pengumpulan data dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis melibatkan analisis isi dan analisis deskriptif untuk menarik kesimpulan dari data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan pers didasarkan pada prinsip bahwa keduanya memiliki peran dalam membentuk masa depan generasi muda. Lembaga pendidikan bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sedangkan pers menyebarkan informasi dan mempromosikan inovasi pendidikan. Hubungan yang baik antara lembaga pendidikan dan pers dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat, serta citra lembaga pendidikan. Strategi untuk pengembangan hubungan, yaitu peningkatan komunikasi dan kerjasama dengan media pers, penggunaan teknologi digital, serta pelatihan manajemen humas. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi yang kuat antara lembaga pendidikan dan pers sangat penting untuk memajukan pendidikan dan membangun masa depan yang lebih cerah bagi generasi muda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of front office services at the Department of Education in Batu City by evaluating five main dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study. The findings indicate that, overall, the quality of front office services at the Department of Education in Batu City is satisfactory. The tangibles dimension, such as cleanliness and facility comfort, and the reliability dimension, including staff consistency in performing tasks according to procedure, were rated positively. Responsiveness is demonstrated by the promptness in handling requests, supported by a facial recognition-based attendance system that enhances work efficiency. The assurance dimension was also positively assessed, showing a sense of security and comfort for the public. However, the empathy aspect still has room for improvement, particularly in providing clearer communication and more detailed information. Overall, this study recommends enhancing efficiency and information clarity to better meet public needs.

Abstract

Although technology-based educational supervision has received attention in various studies, studies that specifically integrate supervisory innovation within the framework of preparing future education systems remain limited. This study aims to analyze technology-based innovations in educational supervision in the digital era in supporting the improvement of supervision quality and the readiness of future education systems. This study employed a qualitative approach with a library research design, using various relevant scholarly literature sources, such as books, journal articles, and policy documents. Data were collected through documentation study and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show that technology-based supervision is able to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and objectivity of the supervision process, particularly in evaluating teacher performance, improving learning quality, and making educational decisions. These findings contribute to the development of the concept of modern digital-based educational supervision while broadening understanding of the transformation of education systems in the technological era. This study affirms that the integration of technology in educational supervision is an important element in building a future education system that is adaptive, collaborative, and data-driven, and also has practical implications for principals, supervisors, and policymakers in optimizing the implementation of technology-based supervision in educational institutions.
