Abstract

PT Rovina Jaya Sentosa is a company engaged in property and development that provides modern and energy-efficient residential places. Based on the interview results, this method of conveying the offered products is not efficient since it relies on oral communication. Therefore, a sales and service ordering information system is needed to attract clients’ interest and improve the image of PT Rovina Jaya Sentosa. In this research, a sales and service ordering information system has been developed for PT Rovina Jaya Sentosa using the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a sequential development approach, meaning the software development is carried out systematically and sequentially. This system provides information about the existence of PT Rovina Jaya Sentosa and the process of ordering products and services for its customers. The testing of the system using Black Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT) demonstrated that the functionality of the system runs well and meets user requirements. Additionally, the questionnaire testing results from 30 people who have used the system obtained an overall score of 87%, indicating that the Sales Information System at PT Rovina Jaya Sentosa is ready to be used by the public.   Keywords: Ordering System, PT Rovina Jaya Sentosa, Information System, Waterfall.

Abstract

Klinik Nadine Jaya Medika is located on Raja Ali Haji Street, Dumai Barat Subdistrict, Dumai City. Klinik Nadine Jaya Medika is a healthcare company that provides several health services, including General Clinic, Elderly Care Clinic, Non-Communicable Diseases Clinic, Pediatrics Clinic, Maternity Clinic, and Laboratory services. Currently, the dissemination and introduction of the clinic are still done conventionally. Challenges that have been encountered include limited information reach, restricted information availability, inefficient clinic information dissemination, and repetitive patient inquiries. To address these issues, this research aims to create a company profile website using the prototyping method. Prototyping is a software development method that allows interaction between the system developers and users, thereby overcoming any mismatches between them. Black box testing results concluded that the system's functionality has been successful overall. User acceptance test were conducted with the clinic's admin, and based on the test results, the system functions well and is acceptable to users. Usability testing yielded a score of 91.19%, indicating that the system is well-received by users.

Abstract

The Riau Provincial Livestock and Animal Health Office (DISTANAK) is a department that aims to manage livestock and animal health in the Riau Province area. Currently, distanak Riau is conducting data collection on livestock groups using conventional methods with file document storage. This has led to the inability of distanak to digitally visualize the distribution of livestock in the Riau area. Additionally, distanak does not have a system to measure the distance from livestock points to densely populated areas to prevent conflicts with the community arising from environmental disturbances. this research aims to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) for the distribution of livestock in the Riau region. The prototype method is used to obtain a system that meets user requirements. The development process involves three iterations. The system is tested using two methods: black box testing and user acceptance testing. From the black box testing, which includes 37 test cases, it is found that the Geographic Information System for livestock distribution is functional. Similarly, the user acceptance testing conducted by distanak administrators and staff confirms that the system's functionalities are appropriate, ensuring that all user requirements are met and accepted overall.

Abstract

The library of SMA Negeri system is still by conventionally. It causes various problems occuring frequently. First, If the notebook is lost, the borrowing data will also belose. As a result, librarians cannot find which books were students and teachers borrowed. The second case is when the students did not find the book they were looking for, they usually asked to the librarian, but mostly the librarian did not know the arrangement of the books. So, it can be spend a long time to find the book. Based on the cases described, this research proposes to create a web-based library information system with a waterfall method and End User Computing Statistics testing. The aims of this research is to helps the librarians to manage the library data and assists students and teachers in finding books and reading books in soft file form. Based on the Black-box the system functionality has been met. Based on the End User Computing Satisfaction test by system testing by asking 12 questions, the satisfaction value of each variable is greater than 4, so the level of satisfaction is "Satisfied".
