Abstract

Denai Lama Village, located in Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, has significant tourism potential, which can be a source of income and improve the welfare of the local community. The focus of this research is on analyzing the economic and socio-cultural aspects of tourism development. The method used is a qualitative method with the aim of describing and analyzing the impact of tourism development on the community of your market tourism village. Data is collected from various sources such as books, journals and previous research to support research. The research results show that tourism development has a positive impact on additional income, job creation, cultural exchange and preservation of local traditions. This shows the potential for sustainable tourism development in the Old Denai village.

Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 as a new dimension of the industrial world will force companies to change in order to maintain competitiveness with other companies. The success of a country's industry in achieving these changes will determine its economy. Indonesia as a developing country is also facing the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 in various fields, including the palm oil industry which is Indonesia's mainstay. Research activities are carried out at the Palm Oil Research Center located in Marihat Pematang Siantar, North Sumatra. For one month, from January 16 to February 16 2023. Data and information collection was carried out using direct and indirect methods. Primary data was collected through field observations and interviews. The palm oil industry is referred to as Indonesia's super palm oil industry. The palm oil industry is one of the main sectors of the palm oil industry and has a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, facing challenges that continue to change along with the industrial revolution 4.0. The process of change and adaptation of the palm oil industry towards the Industrial Revolution 4.0 will determine Indonesia's position in the global vegetable oil competition map. The strategy for developing the palm oil industry in facing 4.0 is that in facing the Industrial 4.0 era, the palm oil industry can utilize digital technology and innovation to increase efficiency and sustainability. The palm oil industry is referred to as Indonesia's super palm oil industry. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the partnership empowerment strategy to improve community welfare in maqashid sharia review. This method uses descriptive qualitative. In this study, the data obtained directly through interviews with the person in charge of empowerment of the Unilever Indonesia Foundation (UIF), the person in charge of the perlanaan village government partnership and the local community. The implementation of this research took place at one of PT Unilever Sei Mangkei in bosar maligas sub-district, simalungun district. The analysis technique used in this research uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results showed that there are 2 empowerment strategies, namely the oil palm farmer program and the local MSME program. Based on the results of AHP, the highest weight of the alternative aggregate, the strategy chosen is the oil palm farmer program with a weight of 0.608. The smallholder program is in line with the principles of maqashid sharia which upholds justice, sustainability and social balance.
