Abstract

ABSTRACT Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is a case of infectious disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2). Several efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 transmission are also carried out, such as vaccines. Vaccination aims to provide specific immunity against a disease, so that if a person is exposed to the disease, they will not get sick or only experience mild illness. The main obstacle in implementing the COVID-19 vaccine is public doubt about the vaccine. Several types of COVID-19 vaccines are being developed, but individuals are still not ready to receive the vaccine. Therefore, it is important to conduct counseling regarding the effectiveness and side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine because the pandemic is not over yet. The target participants for this counseling are students of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta who  have never received counseling in this aspect. The hope is that holdingthis activity
