Abstract

As prospective managers of Islamic educational institutions we must know the hadith relating to management itself. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The results and discussion of this article are this is related to human resource management in perfect Islam. The review of hadith can be interpreted as a process of managing and realizing human and Muslim society to truly believe in and fear Allah and are expected to be able to carry out full responsibility duties, reproduce scholars who have Islamic qualities , faith, knowledge, and noble character for the sake of building himself and his society seen from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Adapu the conclusion of this article is Management of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurrasyiddin Management of human resources at the time of the Prophet placed a person seen from being able or not knya completed a mandate given especially in the field of management. That he put the right person in the right position or "the right man in the right place". Placing someone according to their expertise is one of the characteristics of Islamic professionalism. And put more emphasis on the professionalism of an employee.. Rasulullah and his friends really implemented these noble values in their leadership.

Abstract

The Quran, which serves as a guide for Muslims, is the most important education that must be instilled from an early age. However, educators need to understand how to develop a curriculum that aligns with the psychological foundation in the Foundation Phase. Since the Foundation Phase is a crucial period in human life, neglecting it is equivalent to preparing a fragile generation. Therefore, the researcher focuses on observing and analyzing this aspect to ensure that learning is enjoyable and meaningful. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Quranic learning from the perspective of psychological foundations. The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving direct field research at the Islamic Kindergarten Plus Prima Insani. Data collection techniques include interviews, document analysis, and observation. Quranic learning in the Foundation Phase can be effectively implemented if it stays within the psychological foundation, significantly aiding in the psychological development of children and fostering noble religious values. This, in turn, contributes to the creation of individuals who have a positive impact on society.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of santri in Islamic boarding schools who still do not have good emotional intelligence. Some indicators such as not having high self-confidence, empathy for others and the environment, controlling emotions of sadness and anger. This is certainly contrary to the objectives of education in Islamic boarding schools which in fact have a noble character. The author wants to know the democratic leadership factors that are applied can affect the emotional intelligence of santri. The purpose of this study is to describe the democratic leadership of the kyai in developing the emotional intelligence of students at the Tahfidz Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Sukabumi Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the research are that democratic leadership can develop the emotional intelligence of students at the Tahfidz Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Of course this doesn't work instantly, you need continuous mental training. For Kyai as caregivers of santri to always be role models and santri can develop their emotional intelligence even better.
