Abstract

A healthy lifestyle by eating food and consuming nutritious food has become a new habit for some people. Today, more people are starting to demand organic food, including organic vegetables.  One of the preparations that can increase the consumption of organic vegetables is to process vegetables into fast food, namely vegetable nuggets. One of the preparations that can increase the consumption of organic vegetables is to process vegetables into fast food, namely vegetable nuggets. Making vegetarian nuggets from vegetables is a healthy substitute for achieving daily nutritional needs. It is believed that processing vegetables into processed nuggets will attract the attention of consumers, especially children. This product introduction socialization activity was welcomed by PKK mothers of Sukun Village because it had a positive impact, and this discussion raised awareness of nutrition and the benefits of vegetable nuggets. Increase awareness of PKK mothers to choose process.

Abstract

Pariwisata di pantai utara Pulau Madura terus berkembang, ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya destinasi wisata baru. Pantai Biru merupakan objek wisata potensial yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanjung Bumi, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Jumlah pengunjung pantai biru mengalami penurunan beberapa tahun terakhir yang dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan fasilitas, aksesibilitas, aktivitas wisata dan daya tariknya. Kondisi ini mengidentifikasi adanya kebutuhan untuk memahami preferensi pengunjung dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pada destinasi wisata ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung Pantai Biru dan menganalisis preferensi pengunjung terhadap objek Pantai Biru. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik accidental sampling dengan melibatkan 45 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang paling disukai pengunjung adalah fasilitas spot foto, aktivitas wisata berenang, daya tarik pemandangan alam, dan aksesibilitas penunjuk jalan. Segi kepentingan, fasilitas menjadi atribut yang paling penting, diikuti oleh aksesibilitas, aktivitas wisata, dan daya tarik wisata. Rekomendasi ini ditujukan kepada pihak pengelola, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan fasilitas, aksesibilitas, aktivitas wisata, serta daya tarik untuk lebih memenuhi kebutuhan pengunjung dan meningkatkan daya tariknya.
