<![CDATA[AbstractThis research reveals the potential of Restorative Justice in creating a holistic rehabilitation process for perpetrators as well as emotional and social recovery for victims. By involving families, local communities, related institutions and other agents of change, this approach aims to reduce the social stigmatization that drug abusers often experience. Through case studies and qualitative analysis, this research explains how Restorative principles can be applied to improve relations between perpetrators, victims and society. The results of this research provide insight into the effectiveness of Restorative programs that have been implemented in Kapuas Hulu. In addition, it also discusses practical challenges in the implementation of Restorative Justice as well as policy suggestions to increase its use as a more inclusive and sustainable approach in dealing with criminal acts of drug abuse.Keywords : Restorative Justice, Narcotics, Kapuas Hulu. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengungkap potensi Restorative Justice dalam menciptakan proses rehabilitasi yang holistik bagi pelaku serta pemulihan korban secara emosional dan sosial. Dengan melibatkan keluarga, komunitas lokal, lembaga terkait, dan agen-agen perubahan lainnya, pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi stigmatisasi sosial yang sering dialami oleh para penyalahguna narkotika. Melalui studi kasus dan analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana prinsip-prinsip restoratif dapat diterapkan untuk memperbaiki hubungan antara pelaku, korban, dan masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang keefektifan program-program restoratif yang telah diterapkan di Kapuas Hulu.
