<![CDATA[Abstrac This thesis discusses the Analysis of Legal Decisions on Dual-certified Land Disputes Study of High Court Decision Number 8/PDT/2022/PT.PTK. This case surfaced because on the basis that the plaintiff wanted to know how the ownership rights over his land were. Based on the information, it is known that the plaintiff has often asked for clarification from the defendant, namely the National Land Agency regarding whether it is true that there are other certificates occupying the land they own. This was done because the plaintiff, namely the individual, never felt that he had ever sold or leased the land to someone else. However, the defendant rejected all the arguments that the plaintiff put forward outside the context of the duties, powers and responsibilities of the defendant.The formulation of the problem in this thesis is "What are the Legal Considerations in Land Disputes with Multiple Certificates?". The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal consequences for the ownership of multiple certificates and to analyze the legal considerations for the ownership of multiple certificates of land.The results of this study are that land ownership in the name of the plaintiff is legal ownership and the certificate issued by the defendant is invalid or legally flawed. Thus the land dispute problem was resolved with various considerations and testimony that strengthened the land ownership of the plaintif.Key word : multiple certificates, land disputes, legal considerations AbstrakSkripsi ini membahas mengenai Analisis Putusan Hukum Terhadap Sengketa Tanah Yang Bersertifikat Ganda Studi Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Nomor 8/PDT/2022/PT.PTK. Perkara ini bermuka karena atas dasar penggugat ingin mengetahui bagaimana hak kepemilikan atas tanahnya. Berdasarkan keterangan diketahui bahwa penggugat sudah sering meminta kejelasan kepada tergugat yakni Badan Pertanahan Nasional terkait apakah benar terdapat sertifikat lain yang menduduki tanah yang dimilikinya. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena penggugat yakni inidividu tidak pernah merasa jika ia pernah menjual atau menyewakan tanah tersebut kepada orang lain. Akan tetapi, tergugat menolak semua dalil-dalil yang penggugat ajukan diluar konteks tugas, wewenang, dan tanggung jawab tergugat.Rumusan masalah pada skripsi ini adalah ;"Bagaimana Pertimbangan Hukum Dalam Sengketa Tanah yang Bersertifikat Ganda?". Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis akibat hukum terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat ganda dan menganalisis pertimbangan hukum terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat ganda terhadap suatu tanah.Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepemilikan tanah atas nama penggugat merupakan kepemilikan yang sah dan surat keterangan yang diterbitkan oleh tergugat tidak sah atau cacat hukum. Dengan demikian permasalahan sengketa tanah tersebut terselesaikan dengan berbagai pertimbangan dan kesaksian yang memperkuat kepemilikan tanah dari penggugat.Kata Kunci : sertifikat ganda, sengketa tanah, pertimbangan hukum]]>
