<![CDATA[Abstract Nowadays, the spread of pornographic content is increasingly common. Unofficial applications and sites can circulate freely on the internet network, both national networks and international networks. Efforts are being made to block sites and applications with pornographic content, but they still cannot stop the emergence of similar applications and sites. Like the HotLive application which was previously called Bling Bling. An application that has been blocked by KOMINFO but is still launching a similar application with policies that are not much different The problem formulation in this research is "What factors cause live streamer hosts to still broadcast pornographic content on the HotLive application?" The aim of this research is to obtain data and information regarding the factors why live streamer hosts still broadcast pornographic content on the HotLive application, and to find out the type and content in the application. The author uses empirical juridical research methods and analytical descriptive research. The research results obtained are that the economy is the main factor that causes live streamer hosts to still broadcast pornographic content, followed by environmental factors, education and sexual disorder factors. Education and an unsupportive environment make perpetrators look for ways to meet their daily needs quickly and easily. As a result, the perpetrators did live streams on the application because it was considered easy and efficient, and the income generated was greater than the income they had previously received.Keywords: HotLive, Bling Bling, Illegal Content, and Pornography Abstrak Dewasa ini, penyebaran konten pornografi semakin marak terjadi. Aplikasi dan situs tidak resmi dapat beredar dengan leluasa dalam jaringan internet, baik itu jaringan nasional maupun jaringan internasional. Upada demi upaya pemblokiran situ dan aplikasi berkonten pornografi terus dilakukan, namun masih tidak dapat menghantikan munculnya aplikasi dan situs serupa. Seperti aplikasi HotLive yang dulunya bernama Bling Bling. Aplikasi yang telah diblokir oleh KOMINFO namun masih meluncurkan aplikasi serupa dengan kebijakan yang tidak jauh berbeda Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "Faktor-Faktor Apakah yang Menyebabkan Para Host Live Streamer Masih Menyiarkan Konten Pornografi Di Aplikasi HotLive?" Dengan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi mengenai faktor mengapa para host live streamer masih menyiarkan konten pornografi di aplikasi HotLive, dan untuk mengetahui tipe dan konten dalam aplikasi. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris dan sifat penelitian deskriptif analitis. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah ekonomi menjadi pemegang utama faktor yang menyebabkan para host live streamer masih menyiarkan konten pornografi, disusul oleh faktor lingkungan, pendidikan dan faktor kelainan seksual. Pendidikan dan lingkungan yang tidak mendukung membuat para pelaku mencari cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan cepat dan mudah. Hasilnya para pelaku melakukan live stream di aplikasi karena dinilai mudah dan efisien, serta pendapatan yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari pada pendapatan yang pernah mereka dapatkan sebelumnya.
