Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, dan peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pelajaran matematika di kelas III SDN 1 Margoyoso. Dengan menggunakan model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini. Penelitian ini melibatkan 18 siswa. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah pendekatan yang digunakan. PTK terdiri dari langkah-langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, dan tes. Lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan lembar kerja siswa digunakan untuk menganalisis pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode CTL berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Pada siklus I ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 66% dengan nilai rata-rata 73,61%. Sedangkan pada siklus II ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 83% dengan nilai rata-rata 80,56% yang menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran CTL terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas III.

Abstract

Abstract Art learning in elementary schools is part of the process of developing students' creativity. One form of traditional art that arouses interest and creativity is making Ecoprint batik motifs. Ecoprint is a natural batik technique that uses organic materials such as leaves and flowers to create motifs on fabric. The aim is to increase student creativity through making Ecoprint batik motifs. This activity method uses a descriptive qualitative method with preparation, socialization and training at SD 3 Ngembalrejo involving 12 class V students. Results: The implementation of ecoprint training at SD 3 Ngembalrejo has been carried out optimally and students have gained an understanding of ecosystems and natural resources. used in making Ecoprints to increase environmental awareness, provide students with real experience in exploring their creativity, introduce students to various traditional batik techniques and motifs and broaden their insight into Indonesian art and culture. Keywords: Ecoprint, Children's Creativity, Training Abstrak Pembelajaran seni di sekolah dasar merupakan bagian proses dari perkembangan kreativitas siswa. Salah satu bentuk seni tradisional yang membangkitkan minat dan kreativitas adalah pembuatan motif batik Ecoprint. Ecoprint merupakan teknik batik alami yang memakai bahan organik seperti daun dan bunga untuk menciptakan motif pada kain. Tujuan upaya meningkatkan kreativitas siswa melalui pembuatan motif batik Ecoprint. Metode kegiatan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan persiapan, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan di SD 3 Ngembalrejo melibatkan siswa kelas V sejumlah 12 siswa.Hasil : Pelaksanaan pelatihan ecoprint di SD 3 Ngembalrejo telah terlaksana dengan maksimal dan siswa dapat pemahaman tentang ekosistem dan sumber daya alam yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Ecoprint untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, memberikan pengalaman nyata kepada siswa dalam menggali kreativitas mereka, memperkenalkan siswa pada berbagai teknik dan motif tradisional batik dapat memperluas wawasan mereka tentang seni budaya Indonesia.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low ability to understand mathematical concepts of fourth grade students of SDN 1 Damarjati which is evidenced by the provision of questions about understanding mathematical concepts. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of students' ability to understand mathematical concepts through the application of the STAD learning model assisted by PULMAN media. This study uses a quantitative experimental method with a pre-experimental design. The type of research used is one group pretest-posttest design. The population of the study was 36 fourth grade students of SDN 1 Damarjati. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, tests, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out using normality tests and N-Gain tests. The results of the N-Gain test analysis showed an increase with an average value of 0.59 with a moderate category. Meanwhile, the results of the N-Gain percent obtained an average of 59.9071 which was interpreted in the fairly effective category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the STAD learning model assisted by PULMAN media is effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe students’ activities during realistic mathematics learning using the context of trailer truck wheels and marble games in addition and subtraction material. This research employed a design research method with 23 first-grade students of SD Negeri 3 Krasak, Jepara Regency, Central Java as participants. The findings indicate that the use of trailer truck wheels as concrete media increased students’ activeness and curiosity in understanding the concept of addition. Students were able to redraw the wheels, perform calculations, and match their drawings with real objects, leading to an understanding of addition as a process of combining. Meanwhile, through the marble game, students engaged in learning while playing and understood subtraction as the process of taking away from a whole. Overall, students actively participated and successfully completed the activities, showing that real-world contexts effectively support the understanding of basic arithmetic operations.
