Abstract

The digital era has an influence on understanding information or messages obtained from various social media, including hadith. This requires Muslims to be careful in understanding the validity criteria of hadith. This paper aims to describe the validity of hadith in the digital era, with several important questions; Are there differences in the study of hadith before and after digital tools? Is the study of hadith in the digital era still important?, and how is the analysis of issues related to the validity of hadith in the digital era? The method used in this research is library research with descriptive analysis. Sources of data obtained in the form of books, articles, websites and other reliable documents that are in accordance with the object of research. The results of this study are that: the validity of a hadith in the digital era can be known by referring to the criteria for authentic hadith. The criteria in terms of valid sanad hadith are continuous sanad, fair narrators and dhabit. Meanwhile, in terms of the matan, there are no syadz and 'illat

Abstract

Government policy related to efforts to create a generation of nations that practice the values of Pancasila through the learning process of the Pancasila student profile paradigm. PAI learning as one of the subjects taught in schools should carry out a learning process based on the Pancasila student profile. In reality, in the process of instilling Pancasila values, educators still experience various difficulties in their application. This study used descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, data supply and verification to be concluded. The results showed that SDN Pacing has implemented the learning paradigm of the Pancasila student profile. PAI learning also carries out learning in accordance with the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and piety, independence, creativity, global celebrity, critical reasoning, and mutual assistance. Its application in PAI learning starts from the introduction to the closing activities which contain the instillation of values based on the Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

Background: Numerous studies have delved into the constructivist paradigm in the context of language learning. However, exploration of its application in Arabic language instruction, particularly within higher education settings, remains an intriguing area for further investigation. Purpose: This research aims to conduct a thorough analysis of the implementation of Constructivist Theory in Arabic Language Education within Islamic Higher Education Institutions, through a review of relevant previous studies. Method: The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach with a Literature Review design, utilizing documentation as the primary data collection method, subsequently analyzed using content analysis and interactive analysis techniques. Results and Discussion: Findings reveal that the application of constructivist-based instructional models in Arabic language education at the higher education level significantly contributes to enhancing the quality of the learning process and outcomes. The development of instructional materials based on constructivism also yields significant positive impacts, enhancing students' Arabic language proficiency and fostering more meaningful learning experiences. Conclusions and Implications: The conclusions affirm that the constructivist approach is effective in enhancing Arabic language education in the academic environment of higher education, particularly within the context of Arabic language education.
