AbstractTabita Bimban "The Relationship between Eating Habits and Stress Levels with Nutritional Status Based on the Body Mass Index of Students of the Faculty of Public Health, Al Asyariah Mandar University". (Under the guidance of Mrs. St. Sohorah, SKM, MPH and Mrs. Afriani, S, Gz, M.Kes).The purpose of the study was to determine eating habits, stress levels and their influence on the nutritional status of students of the Faculty of Public Health, Al Asyariah Mandar UniversityThe survey research method uses one approach, namely the cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 70 people with a total sampling technique of determining the sample. The research instrument used was a questionnaire (questionnaire) and anthropometric measurements of height (TB) and weight (BB). Data analysis used chi-square test analysis (Crosstab).Results There is no significant relationship between eating habits and nutritional status of students of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Al Asyariah Mandar because p value = 0.544 > = 0.05, there is no significant relationship between Stress Levels and nutritional status of Students of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Al Asyariah Mandar because p value = 0.430 > = 0.05.Keywords: Eating Habits, Stress Levels, Nutritional Status AbstrakTabita Bimban “Hubungan Kebiasaan Makan dan Tingkat Stres dengan Status Gizi Berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh Mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar”. Tujuan penelitian yaitu diketahui kebiasaan makan, tingkat stres dan pengaruhnya terhadap status gizi mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar Metode penelitian survey dengan menggunakan satu pendekatan yaitu, pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yaitu 70 orang dengan penetuan sampel secara tehnik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner (angket) dan alat ukur antropometri tinggi badan (TB) dan berat badan (BB). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji chi-square (Crosstab). Hasil Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara kebiasaan makan dengan status gizi Mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar karena p value = 0,544 > =0,05, tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara Tingkat Stres dengan status gizi Mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar karena p value = 0,430 > =0,05.Kata kunci : Kebiasaan Makan, Tingkat Stres, Status Gizi
