Abstract

Sistem pembayaran SPP di Madrasah Aliyah Fastabiqul Khairat NW Tikupon masih dilakukan secara manual baik dalam hal transaksi maupun rekap data. Sehingga memperlambat di dalam proses pembayaran, pencatatan dan rekap pembayaran. Hal ini menyebabkan proses-proses yang terkait dengan pembayaran SPP belum berjalan secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah itu, maka penulis mengusulkan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi yang mendukung sistem basis data agar pengolahan pembayaran SPP lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySql. Tujuan sistem ini adalah untuk mempermudah pengarsipan data pembayaran SPP serta denda yang harus dibayar, diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini memaksimalkan pekerjaan admin agar target penyampaian informasi dan volume pekerjaan dapat berjalan lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Piutang Pada Gilingan Restu Ibu Kecamatan Toili Barat yang dapat memberikan kemudahan serta efesiensi pengelolaan piutang dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini diharapakan memudahkan Gilingan dalam melakukan pencatatan piutang dan transaksi penjualan beras.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga cara yakni metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode pustka. Serta dalam perancangan menggunakan alat perancangan seperti diagram konteks, DFD, ERD dan lainnya serta bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP yang diintegrasikan dengan database MySql.Dari perancangan dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Piutang Pada Gilingan Restu Ibu Kecamatan Toili Barat berhasil dirancang dan dibuat, Sistem Informasi Piutang Pada Gilingan Restu Ibu Kecamatan Toili Barat dapat berjalan dengan baik, Sistem Informasi Piutang Pada Gilingan Restu Ibu Kecamatan Toili Barat memberikan kemudahan Gilingan Restu Ibu untuk mengelolah data piutang, sehingga piutang lebih mudah untuk diketahui dalam hal pembayaran dan tunggakan dan Sistem informasi ini juga memberikan kemudahan pencatatan transaksi penjualan beras.

Abstract

This research develops a temperature and humidity control system in the server room based on the Internet of Things and using fuzzy logic algorithms at AMIK Luwuk Banggai. The system is designed using NodeMCU ESP32, DHT11 sensor, Arduino IDE, and Blynk application, with objective of monitoring and controlling environmental conditions in real time. A series of quantitative experiments were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the sensor system. These experiments involved observations, measurements, and a comparison of the results with manual calculations. The results demonstrate that the DHT11 sensor exhibits a margin of error of 1.21% and a hardware accuracy rate of 98.79%. Furthermore, the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the implementation of fuzzy logic in air conditioner control studies, as demonstrated in this study, has the potential to enhance the accuracy of temperature and humidity control within the room server to an accuracy rate of 90.91%. Furthermore, it can improve the responsiveness of the system in maintaining temperature stability. These findings were observed at AMIK Luwuk Banggai, where the application of IoT and fuzzy logic has been implemented. Fuzzy logic offers an effective and dependable approach to regulating temperature fluctuations in the server room, ensuring a stable environment that minimizes the likelihood of operational issues or hardware damage. The objective is to extend the lifespan of the hardware by preventing such complications.

Abstract

Quality Assurance Unit (LPM) plays a vital role in maintaining and improving academic quality and governance in higher education institutions. At AMIK Luwuk Banggai, however, the management of quality documents, accreditation instruments, and internal audit reports is still carried out manually, leading to delays, duplication, and difficulties in retrieving data. These issues negatively affect the effectiveness of the Internal Quality Assurance Sistem (SPMI), which is expected to support the achievement of national higher education standards. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Quality Assurance Information Sistem that facilitates integrated, fast, and accurate management of quality data. The sistem was developed using the waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, sistem design, implementation, and testing. Requirement analysis was conducted through interviews and observations of LPM’s workflows. The sistem design was carried out using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) approach to model business process flows and the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) to design the database implemented in MySQL, while the implementation was carried out using a PHP-based web framework. The results of this study indicate that the developed sistem can simplify the management of quality documents, internal audit reporting, and real-time monitoring of quality standards. In addition, the sistem supports centralized data storage and minimizes the risk of document loss. Testing involving LPM staff and lecturers revealed that the sistem was considered effective, user-friendly, and capable of accelerating the preparation of quality assurance reports. The implication of this research is the availability of a digital platform that enhances quality management processes at AMIK Luwuk Banggai and can serve as a reference for the development of quality assurance sistems in other higher education institutions.
