Abstract

Secara geografis Indonesia terletak di antara Samudra Pasifik dan Samudra Hindia. Oleh sebab itu wilayah perairan indonesia memiliki karakteristik gelombang yang beragam. Perairan sebelah selatan pulau Bali kondisi gelombangnya dipengaruhi oleh kondisi perairan samudra Hindia yang merupakan laut lepas. Namun demikian, karakteristik gelombang di perairan tersebut belum diketahui. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan kajian untuk mengetahui karakteristik yang meliputi peluang kejadian berdasarkan arah dan interval tinggi gelombang, tinggi dan periode gelombang rata-rata serta kala ulang gelombang di perairan selatan pulau Bali. Data yang digunakan adalah data gelombang 6 jaman yang bersumber dari European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) selama 15 tahun. Data tersebut dianalisis untuk mendapatkan kejadian gelombang, tinggi dan periode gelombang rata-rata serta kala ulang gelombang menggunakan metode Fisher Tippet-1 dan Weibull. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh gelombang dominan dari arah Barat Daya dengan peluang kejadian 59,62% dengan tinggi dan periode gelombang rata-rata sebesar 2,49m dan 10,84s. Interval tinggi gelombang yang paling sering terjadi adalah 1-2 m dengan peluang kejadian 65,85%. Kala ulang gelombang 100 tahunan yang dihitung dengan metode weibull dan fisher Tippet-1 masing-masing adalah 7,82 meter dan 5,89 meter dari arah barat.

Abstract

: Promotion plays a crucial role in enhancing sales in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. One proven method of promotion that effectively influences consumer purchasing decisions is through the use of product catalogs, whether in print or digital form. Catalogs not only serve as sources of product information but also function as tools to promote the unique features of the offered products. In this context, this Community Service Program (KKN) is dedicated to creating product catalogs for Fancy Copper, an MSME. The objective of this program is to introduce copper and brass products through both print and digital catalogs, with the hope of boosting product sales. The KKN program activities consist of four stages: problem analysis through interviews and discussions, data collection and product photo capture, design of the product catalog, and the composition of catalog content. Evaluation results indicate that the use of product catalogs successfully captures consumer interest and has a positive impact on sales growth

Abstract

Public service delivery at the village level requires responsive officials who are able to address community needs effectively. Responsiveness is a key indicator of service quality, as it reflects the speed, accuracy, and attentiveness of public service providers. This study aims to examine the level of responsiveness of village officials in public service delivery in Gerung Selatan Village, West Lombok Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 150 community members who had accessed village public services. Responsiveness was measured using five indicators: service speed, timeliness, staff attentiveness, clarity of information, and responsiveness to public complaints. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results indicate that the overall level of responsiveness of village officials is categorized as good, with an average score of 3.82. Staff attentiveness and clarity of information received the highest scores, while service timeliness showed the lowest score. These findings suggest that village officials demonstrate adequate responsiveness in service delivery, although improvements are still needed in service time consistency and complaint follow-up mechanisms. The study concludes that enhancing village public service responsiveness requires capacity building for village officials, standardized service procedures, and the development of a structured complaint management system.
