Abstract

Shariah stock investment is still of the highest interest on the IDX to developing assets productively. However, there are still many obstacles to be faced. The purpose of this study was to know about influence knowledge, benefits, risks and trust on interest in investing in Islamic stocks within the scope of students at Cokroaminoto University, Yogyakarta. The method used is a quantitative approach using a survey method of UCY students as a research sample and data collected through a questionnaire. The results of the research that has been done are that there is a significant influence on the variable of trust in the interest in investing in Islamic stocks while the influence of benefits, knowledge, and risks do not have a significant effect on the interest in investing in Islamic stocks during UCY student.

Abstract

Economic development in a country is highly dependent on the development and real contribution of the banking sector. Financial performance measurement is very necessary in line with the level of banking competition that is increasingly advanced and developing. This study aims to gain an understanding of the condition and health position of bank BTN as one of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data with analytical techniques using the ratio of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability. The results of the analysis of the financial statements of the balance sheet, profit and loss and changes in equity using the CR, QR, DR, DER indicators show that the financial performance of Bank BTN in 2018-2021 is declared liquid and solvable, while the ROA and ROE indicators have decreased significantly in 2019. Bank BTN needs to utilize abandoned assets to increase profits and reduce short-term and long-term debt.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the effectiveness and contribution of hotel tax to local revenue in Yogyakarta in 2018-2023. Using quantitative methods. Source of data from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Yogyakarta city from 2018-2023 which is secondary data. Sampling technique with cluster sampling. The results of this study, the effectiveness of hotel tax for the period 2018-2023 is classified as very effective. However, hotel taxes that contribute to Local Revenue in 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023 are classified as very good with achievements of more than 20%. Meanwhile, in 2020 it is classified as quite good, namely 13.90% and in 2021 it is 11.63% which is classified as moderate. Therefore, it is recommended that future researchers expand the research object and use other sampling techniques.
