Abstract

This research aimed to elucidate the magnitude and relevance of blockchain-related literature, with a focus on cyber law. Data was primarily sourced from the lens.org website, utilizing specific keyword combinations and filtering for 'Journal Articles' related to 'Law'. Analysis of the data revealed the top institutions contributing to blockchain literature, publication trends over time, and the fields of study covered by the most active institutions. Notably, the University of Turin, University of Texas at San Antonio, and University College London emerged as leading contributors. The peak publication years were 2019 and 2020, with Blockchain, Business, and Computer Science being the predominant fields of study. This data holds significant value for understanding the legal implications and potential privacy risks associated with blockchain, especially in Indonesia, and offers insights for future research and regulatory updates in various sectors.Highlights: The University of Turin, University of Texas at San Antonio, and University College London are the leading contributors to blockchain literature. Abstract

This research delves into the pervasive issue of cyber abuse within the realm of cyber law, employing data from Lens.org to unravel critical insights. By searching scholarly works using keywords "Cyberlaw OR Cyber Law AND Abuse" and filtering the results to focus on the legal category, a comprehensive dataset comprising 22,138 journal articles was curated. The study sheds light on the evolution of cyber abuse from 2015 to 2020, indicating a persistent concern despite slight declines in recent years. Psychology emerged as the primary field of study, with 6,971 journals dedicated to the topic, followed closely by Criminology and Sociology. The most active institutions in addressing abuse-related subjects include Deakin University, University of Nebraska, School of Law, and University of Washington. Noteworthy trends were observed in the geographical distribution of research efforts, emphasizing the global impact of cyber abuse. The data also uncovered a prolific scholarly output, with institutions and authors actively contributing to the discourse. This dataset serves as a crucial resource for legal scholars, policymakers, and law enforcement agencies, offering deep insights into the multifaceted challenges of cyber abuse and paving the way for informed legal reforms and social interventions. Utilizing Lens.org, the study initiated with a keyword search "Cyber OR Cyber Law AND Social Media" in scholarly works, yielding a vast dataset of 187,637 academic works. After meticulous filtering, focusing on journal articles within the legal domain, 30,797 pertinent studies were identified. The analysis delves into top institutions, revealing The University of Sheffield as a prolific contributor, especially in the field of Sociology. The study's temporal analysis highlights a peak in scholarly output in 2018, emphasizing the dynamic nature of social media-related legal discourse. Sociology emerged as the dominant field of study, with contributions from esteemed institutions such as London School of Economics and Political Science. The most active authors, including Mark D Griffiths and Crihs D Geddes, exhibited substantial engagement in this domain. Geographically, the United States emerged as a key player, with 26,991 journal articles dedicated to the topic. Springer Nature stood out as the leading publisher, reflecting the substantial scholarly focus on social media. Abstract

This data article presents findings from a Lens.org search targeting scholarly articles at the nexus of online business and COVID-19, specifically within the realm of law. Initiated with a keyword search, 9,016 documents were initially identified, refined to 7,204 by filtering for "journal article" and "conference proceeding." Subsequent application of the "law" filter yielded 83 pertinent scientific articles. The amassed data serves as a foundation for future research endeavors and offers a valuable reference for scholarly journals delving into the legal implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on online business operations. Highlights: Initial search yielded 9,016 documents, refined to 83 pertinent scientific articles at the intersection of COVID-19, online business, and law. Filtering criteria included "journal article" and "conference proceeding," streamlining the focus for relevance and scholarly rigor.
