Filtering for journal articles and conference proceedings from an initial pool of 28,292 documents, the analysis highlights top institutions, active authors, and prevalent fields of study in online business law. The dataset, publicly available on Zenodo.org (DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7340357), aids researchers, authors, and readers in comprehensively exploring and comparing scholarly materials in this domain, fostering further studies and insights in global e-commerce law. Abstract

This data article explores the intersection of online business and hotels within legal contexts, utilizing Lens.org with keywords "Online Business" and "Hotels," filtering for "Journal Article" and the subject of "Law," resulting in 15,260 articles. Through meticulous filtering, 324 journal articles were identified, offering comprehensive insights into the legal dimensions of this intersection. Abstract

This dataset, retrieved from Lens.org through meticulous keyword searches, delves into the intricate domain of digital forensics intersecting with neural networks, specifically focusing on internet-related contexts. A total of 476 journal articles from the period 2002-2012 were scrutinized. The research pinpointed the nexus of digital forensics, internet studies, and neural networks, uncovering 87 articles at the intersection of law and technology. Noteworthy findings include prolific institutions like the University of Cambridge and University of Oxford, each contributing significantly to this niche. The dataset emphasizes the rise in publications during 2009 and 2012, underlining crucial developments in this interdisciplinary field. David Farrington emerged as the most prolific author, leaving a notable imprint with 70 publications. The dataset also spotlighted a seminal work titled "An automated timeline reconstruction approach for digital forensic investigations," published in 2016, representing a paradigm shift in the field. Abstract

In this comprehensive bibliometric analysis, conducted through VOSviewer, we explore the intricate landscape of consumer protection in online businesses with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies. Examining 205 journal articles and conference proceedings from 2017 onwards, our study unveils a significant surge in research activities in the realm of online business law. Adam Lindgreen emerges as a prominent contributor, with the University of Nottingham leading in scholarly output. The analysis centers on 383 online business cases, predominantly concerning divorce-related matters, emphasizing the pressing need for legal frameworks in digital commerce. Our findings not only provide a nuanced understanding of evolving consumer protection challenges but also underscore the pivotal role of CSR strategies. This research serves as a crucial foundation for future policy-making, offering essential insights for global scholars and practitioners alike.Highlights : Significant Research Surge: This study uncovers a notable increase in research activities, emphasizing the growing importance of consumer protection and legal frameworks in the digital business landscape. Abstract

This data article presents a comprehensive analysis of scholarly works on Accounting System and Supply Chain utilizing the Lens.org database. Filtering Journal articles over the last decade, we obtained 3 datasets in CSV and BiBTeX formats and extracted 9 data points for analysis. The uploaded files on Zenodo.org offer valuable insights for researchers and practitioners, aiding collaborations and further development. The data, contributed primarily by institutions like Imperial College London and authors including Trevor Hopper and Carol A Adams, spans various fields such as Business, Accounting, Economics, and Computer Science. Notably, the data reveals trends in publication volumes, active institutions, influential authors, and citation patterns. Our study sheds light on key contributors, active countries like the United Kingdom and the United States, and prominent publishers like Elsevier and Emerald.
