<![CDATA[Abstract Since the issuance of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 47 of 2016 regarding Procedures of Indonesian Citizenship Application through an Electronic System, people can apply citizenship services through an application called SAKE. Using SAKE surely can simplify and accelerate the citizenship services process in Indonesia. The writing of this article uses the normative method and uses the conceptual method as well. And based on these method, there were several problems where the applicants that have right to be able to submit their application were not regulated as applicants in the Regulation. Also, the Regulation had not regulated regarding the supervision performed by the government on SAKE. Therefore, the government must carry out maximum law enforcement and supervision so that existing regulations can be maintained and improved. Abstrak Sejak diterbitkannya Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Permohonan Kewarganegaraan Indonesia Melalui Sistem Elektronik, masyarakat dapat mengajukan layanan kewarganegaraan melalui aplikasi bernama SAKE. Penggunaan SAKE tentunya dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses layanan kewarganegaraan di Indonesia. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode normatif dan menggunakan metode konseptual pula. Dan berdasarkan cara tersebut, terdapat beberapa permasalahan dimana pemohon yang mempunyai hak untuk dapat mengajukan permohonannya tidak diatur sebagai pemohon dalam Peraturan tersebut. Selain itu, peraturan tersebut juga belum mengatur mengenai pengawasan yang dilakukan pemerintah terhadap SAKE. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah harus melakukan penegakan hukum dan pengawasan secara maksimal agar peraturan yang ada dapat dipertahankan dan diperbaiki.
