Abstract

ABSTRACTThe training on best practices for managing teacher performance assessment using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform at SDN Karya Teladan aimed to enhance teachers' competencies in utilizing technology for more objective and efficient performance evaluations. The training was conducted on March 6, 2023, with Toyib Akhbar as the keynote speaker and was attended by 17 teachers. The training methods included presentations, practical sessions, and group discussions. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in teachers' skills in managing performance assessments and high participant satisfaction with the materials presented. The positive impact of this training was evident in the better application of assessment techniques and the daily use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform at the school. This training is expected to serve as a model for other schools in efforts to improve the quality of education through technological innovation. ABSTRAKPelatihan best practice pengelolaan penilaian kinerja guru pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar di SDN Karya Teladan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk penilaian kinerja yang lebih objektif dan efisien. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Maret 2023 dengan narasumber Toyib Akhbar, dan dihadiri oleh 17 guru. Metode pelatihan mencakup presentasi, sesi praktik, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan guru dalam mengelola penilaian kinerja, serta kepuasan peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Dampak positif dari pelatihan ini terlihat dari penerapan teknik penilaian yang lebih baik dan penggunaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui inovasi teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the humanist educational values from the perspective of Muhammad Nur Abdul Hafidz Suwaid in his work Prophetic Parenting. This book offers an educational approach based on prophetic values derived from the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, with an emphasis on aspects of compassion, appreciation of children's potential, effective communication, and the development of noble character and morals. The humanist approach in education proposed by Suwaid emphasizes the importance of understanding children's psychology, creating positive emotional relationships between children and parents, and establishing a learning environment filled with love and trust. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature research. The data collection technique is document elicitation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results of the study show that the humanist educational values from the perspective of Muhammad Nur Abdul Hafidz Suwaid in his work Prophetic Parenting are as follows: empathy, justice, respect for children's individuality, and the integration of religious values with daily life, which are essential foundations in the practice of humanist education. These values are relevant for application in the context of family education and formal educational institutions to respond to current educational challenges.
