Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.352 + 0.588X with a correlation coefficient value of 0.676 meaning that it has a strong relationship with an influence contribution of 45.7% and the hypothesis test obtained is t count > t table or ( 7.280 > 1.998). Discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.120 + 0.677X with a correlation coefficient value of 0.705 meaning that it has a strong relationship with an influence contribution of 49.7% and the hypothesis test obtained is t count > t table or (7.887 > 1.998) . Motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.673 + 0.363X1 + 0.461X2 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.788 meaning that it has a strong relationship with an influence contribution of 62.0% while the remaining 38.0% is influenced another factor. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (50.667 > 2.750).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Price and Location on Consumer Pur-chase Decisions. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used sat-urated sampling and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correla-tion coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that price has a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions with a determination coefficient value of 81.7% with a hypothesis test obtained t calcula-tion > t table or (20.922 > 1.984). Location had a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions with a determination coefficient of 81.6% with hypothesis tests obtained t count > t table or (20,826>1,984). Price and Location simultaneously have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision with the regression equation Y = 0.852 + 0.500X1 + 0.747 X2. The coefficient value of determination was 86.5% while the remaining 13.5% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test ob-tained a value of F calculated > Ftable or (433,730 > 2,698).

Abstract

This study explores the human resource management strategy, focusing on the role of work-life balance in enhancing employee performance. The company’s moderate performance serves as the main context of the problem. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings show that implementing work-life balance through time flexibility, satisfaction balance, and involvement balance positively impacts employee motivation, loyalty, and commitment to work. A SWOT analysis places the company in the growth quadrant, highlighting its strengths and opportunities for further development. However, challenges remain, particularly regarding the absence of standard operating procedures and issues of discipline, which hinder optimal performance. The study concludes that work-life balance is a critical factor in improving employee performance and should be integrated into the company’s human resource strategy to achieve sustainable growth. Strengthening standard operating procedures and discipline policies is recommended to maximize the positive impact of work-life balance initiatives on performance outcomes.
